Review: I used this company two years ago and cancelled because it was not working. Then out of the blue they called me back offering me a great adverting package. I could't remember why I had canceled last time so I gave them a chance. The sales representative was very polite and kept up with me, but once I realized that the company was not generating sales I emailed her letting her know that I wanted to cancel the services. She got back to me once the payment for the next month had been processed. I called their costumer service and the lady who I spoke to regarding the issue continually kept speaking over me not listening to what I had to say. She was rude and was almost screaming at me as she explained that they have a 30 day policy and that I had to call them at least a day before the payment was scheduled. As I explained to her if I would have been informed by her sales representative about their cancellation policy I would have acted differently. To which she responded that an e-mail was sent out. I did not see such e-mail and they do not have a recording of me agree to this over the phone because it was never mentioned.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund the amount charged because I had given notice of my intent to cancel prior to being charged.

After checking our records on this account, we find that in fact this client has some issues with a particular customer service rep. These and any other issues seem to have been resolved and this client is currently using our services.

Review: Paramount SEM promised to have a website up and running within 24 hours. They spelled professional wrong on the domain name, wrong phone number, wrong services listed on the website they created, they listed the phone number wrong on the youtube video they created, the customer service reps said they would fix the mistakes. It's been two weeks and NOTHING has been fixed. They refuse to give a refund.Desired Settlement: $258 The cost of the services that were not completed correctly.

We are in receipt of your correspondence dated July 23, 2013 regarding the above referenced complaint. After careful research of this client’s account, we have determined that no refund is due on this account, as the services provided for this client were completed in a timely manner as stated herein. Mr. [redacted] signed up for our services on Friday, June 14, 2013 with his initial investment being $258, with a recurring monthly charge of $199. This complaint references the following issues:1. Website up and running within 24 hours:All of our client’s websites are up and running within 24 hours from signup. This client’s website was up and running on June 14, 2013, which was within the specified time. 2. Domain name misspelled:Client called our Customer Service line on Monday June 17, 2013 at 4:40 PM (PST) regarding the misspelling on the domain name. Our company purchased a new domain name for this client on Tuesday June 18, 2013 at 8:48 A.M. (PST). This change was also made within a reasonable time frame. This website can be viewed at: http://www.[redacted].com/3. The services this client provides listed on the website are incorrect:Services this client provides listed on the website created by our company for this client list the Google service categories as instructed by the client which were provided and referenced during the original sales call at the point of sale. Any changes made to specific Google keyword categories are made in accordance with Google guidelines regarding proper keyword categorization relative to specific services this client provides as well as obtaining effective Google rankings for this client also relative to the services he provides as communicated by the client. This is the reason why we have such a large client base as well as retention rate due to our expertise in this industry. On June 18, 2013 at 7:12 P.M. (PST) this client or this client’s representative logged into their client back office account and made changes to their own keywords as noted in the auto generated account notes for this client.

4. Incorrect phone number listed on the YouTube video created for this client:The phone number listed on the YouTube video is correct according to the information provided to us by this client. This YouTube video shows it was published on June 25, 2013, (seven business days after client’s initial signup) which was within normal time limits. YouTube video can be viewed at: http://www.[redacted]. Customer Service Reps said they would fix the mistakes and after two weeks nothing had been fixed:Client’s initial contact with Customer Service regarding any issues was on Tuesday June 18, 2013 at 9:03 A.M. Client’s authorized representative then contacted Customer Service again regarding the same issues on Friday June 21, 2013 at 12:58 P.M. (PST). Any necessary changes to this account commenced that same day, Friday June 21, 2013 at 1:28 P.M., also within a reasonable time frame.On Monday June 24, 2013 at 12:20 P.M. (PST), our Customer Service representative called Mr. [redacted] regarding changes to the account, at which time the Customer Service representative left a voicemail for the client.On Tuesday June 25, 2013 at 12:49 P.M. (PST) again called this client to re-verify any changes to insure accuracy. At which time began bashing representatives who work with our company. Our Customer Service Representative informed client that they were calling just to verify the changes on the account. The client was then asked if there was anything else we could assist them with, at which time client responded “No.”On Friday June 28, 2013 at 8:47 A.M. (PST) Customer Service again attempted to contact this client to inform him that all tickets on this account had been completed, at which time our Customer Service representative left client a detailed voicemail regarding all changes that had been made per client’s request.Although changes may be made in our client’s individual accounts, our changes update immediately in our system, however those changes sometimes take longer to update online through the major search engines and/or social media and video sites. This we have no control over. This is the purpose of our 60 day guarantee. This allows sufficient time in which to have all client information updated and any corrections made within a reasonable time frame. Each of our clients are required to complete a recorded compliance and verification process prior to any work being completed on their account to ensure each client is fully aware of any timelines and to insure they understand the service for which they have purchased.

6. Refund refused:Services were rendered in a timely manner and well within normal limits according to our Terms and Conditions as listed on our website. Client cancelled on July 12, 2013, 27 days after original signup. Client is not entitled to a refund as services were rendered. Should you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Review: This company continues to call my cell phone (###-###-####) after I ask them to remove my number from their calling list and add my number to their do not call list. I have complained to this company three times, when they call me and I have called them direct to complain. I still get calls from them trying to sell me something. I have never done business with this company ever. The dates I put in are approximate but they have called me several times over the past few months.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop calling me. my number is ###-###-####.

Response:

During the dates mentioned in the complaint, we utilized an outbound Press 1 dialer system. During which time several business data lead lists were used. This business owner's telephone number was contained in more than one list, which is why he was contacted more than once. We have added this business owners name to our Do-Not-Call list in our dialer as well as our phone system (which prevents this number from being called from our phone system). We have also distributed a notice to all of our representatives to not call this company as they do not wish to be contacted.
