Please do not use this company. The owner just got done standing my wife up (9/10/14) on a scheduled appointment to review his workers shoddy workmanship. His employee, [redacted], called my wife 5 minutes before they were supposed to meet telling her he was in Denver and would not be able to make it. [redacted]'s lied to both my wife and I at least 4 times during the course of our business with them. Typically she would tell us they had ordered our windows and they would be installed the next week. This went on for 3 months, all for just 3 windows. The company took our money in April and the windows were installed at the end of July. My daughter cut her bare foot on glass the workers broke during replacement and were supposed to have cleaned up. We found numerous glass shards we had to clean up around all the replaced windows. One window had trim around it and after removal and installation the workers didn't replace it. This window had gaps of approx. 1 inch where the trim was supposed to go that the workers did not even caulk. After discussing with the owner all we were fed were excuses and he asked when we were going to pay our balance. I would never, under any circumstances, use them again.

Contracted with Paramount for windows and siding in July 2016. Windows were installed satisfactorily in Sep. with minor follow up. One window still needs to be replaced due to scratches in between panes.

Siding was installed in Oct - Nov with several outstanding issues. Have numerous contacts with Paramount; George, Jon, Joe, Tyler, Azeal. Three remaining followups are painting inside of facia, replace screen damaged by siding installers and correctly installing gutters.

One issue that has been resolved by owner but which is still an irritant is the nails that were not picked up after the siding was installed. Owner picked up at least two quart of nails from the property and nails are still getting washed off the roof by snow.
