Paramus Chevrolet

I went to Paramus Chevy to trade in my 2018 silverado and buy something newer on July 5 2025. After finding what I wanted the nonsense began! It was a mess just trying to make a deal with them in my price range on a used truck that I liked. The truck had a crack in the windshield and I wanted it fixed. I worked it into the deal but, never received anything in writing about it. Now,it's 3 weeks later and after numerous messages and phone calls to the sales manager who promised me it would be replaced BRIAN ADAM'S I've never even received a phone call back! This is the worst dealership I have ever been to and I worked on my of them in my life. I wouldn't send someone I didn't like to buy a car from these clowns! NEVER AGAIN! Now, besides the small crack in the windshield the crack is now getting bigger and I can't even drive the truck because It doesn't even have a new jersey inspection sticker or any inspection sticker on it at all! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!
