In response to the above mentioned matter concerning her Lexus vehicleThe item she is complaining about was never relayed to us until this momentLike all cars sold anywhere wecan only run a carfax and see if it states accident or no accident dealership employees are not body shop expertsSome previous repairs are obvious and some are not because they weredone correctlyAll used cars are sold cosmetically as is if there is a problem with the reverse camera function we would be happy to take a look at it and see if we can remove any paint shestates that there is on thereWe advise all customers to purchase extended warranty on any used cars they purchased to protect them against any future repairsIf the customer wished for us to look at rear view camerawe would be happy to take a look at it and do what we can to fix the problem as long as it is under factory warranty or any extended warrantyIf it is just paint we can easily fix that problem inour detail shopIf there is anything else we can do please let us know my email address is [email protected] ?

This answer is so textbook as I anticipated The response being no message was relayed thus proving my first critique on the lack of professionalism of this company and its employeesI was not informed to purchase an extended warranty he in fact I was told that the car was still covered under the manufactures warranty well that was a lie! The manufactures warranty expired in August of this year.I am aware that the car salesman wouldn't be bodywork specialist however, whoever is in charge of purchasing the cars from the auction or tread ins should beI would like my car to be looked at but not by anyone at Hackensack Nissan or Paramus Nissan for the obvious reason(in a nut shell) incompetenceIn closing The fact that whom ever responded to this email couldnt take the time to read the name on this complaint and used words like "her, she" instead of "he, him" further proves that The simple list of task deem to be unreachable further proving my point as to why I would prefer my vehicle to be looked at by a different dealer
