Ms [redacted] did indeed put down a deposit of $for her two bedroom townhome with usBeing Ms [redacted] is on Section housing, this is a lengthy move in processI let Ms [redacted] know that being she has a one bedroom voucher it will take some time to work out with HASLC a value that we can agree on for her townhomeWhen her value came in below our market rate, I spent hours with HASLC to try to make it work, and when they could not increase their value, I still approved for the lease to be honored in order to accommodate Ms [redacted] When we got the townhome inspected it came to our attention that there were some exterior projects that needed to be done in order for the City of St.Ann and the HASLC to approve occupancy at her addressOnce I was aware of this I let Ms [redacted] know and she accepted thisWe offered to lease her another unit which was move in ready and is equivalent to the one she signed her lease for, and Ms [redacted] declined thisI gave Ms [redacted] my personal number for her to always be able to reach out to me, but was not once asked for a corporate number as I would have gladly gave it too herThe additional number of [redacted] that was given to Ms [redacted] is our office number here at Parc Chalet, and was given to her when I could not speak on my cell phone Ms [redacted] asked for her deposit to be refunded, which when she signed her application states the deposit is only refundable for hoursHowever I asked her and her attorney for a forwarding address I can have the check issued to, and did not receive one until today 09/25/By no means did I or any of my employees deny Ms [redacted] her deposit backShe is upset that it will take up to days to have it re-issued to her The unit that Ms [redacted] signed her lease for, was never leased out to another party and is still available for Ms [redacted] We as well offered her additional units that would be ready faster, and she declined to accept them We did nothing but cater to every concern of Ms [redacted] as well as addressing all of her needs to the best of our capabilitiesShe will be refunded for her deposit within the policy our corporate office has

However I asked her and her attorney for a forwarding address I can have the check issued to, and did not receive one until today 09/25/17. By no means did I or any of my employees deny Ms. [redacted] her deposit back. She is upset that it will take up to 30 days to have it re-issued to her.   The unit that Ms. [redacted] signed her lease for, was never leased out to another party and is still available for Ms. [redacted]. We as well offered her additional units that would be ready faster, and she declined to accept them.  We did nothing but cater to every concern of Ms. [redacted] as well as addressing all of her needs to the best of our capabilities. She will be refunded for her deposit within the policy our corporate office has.
