Parc Chateaux is charging for carpet replacement and charging over $1,- among other wrongful charges that were not agreed upon pre-inspection
My family and I lived in Parc Chateaux from 11/15/to 10/15/16- We scheduled a pre-inspection before we left and supervisor told us we would be paying for broken window, door and the reglazing of Kitchen countertop had a small pealWe agreed to pay these thingsHe also advised us to clean thoroughly and not to leave any items behind, as we would be charge for theseHe advise us to not clean carpet because they always replaced new carpet to new tenantsAfter living there for almost yrs management decided to change our carpet on 9/because it was a hazard issue because we tripping on it and it was to thinNow they send us a final bill charging us for the carpet over $dollars plus another window and another door being a bill of over $1,
