Item 1: Pest issues: There apartment was sprayed on Monday, August 25th by Team tooWe
had not heard anything further regarding any additional problems in the apartmentTeam too is at Parcwood every Monday if there was any additional issues in the apartment they could have been resprayedThere is no charge to the resident for this service
Item 2: Security deposit: In regards to the rent charge for the days, Ms*** left the keys in the apartment and not notifying anyone that she was out of the apartmentMs*** was charged the month to month rate since her lease ended 02/28/She was notified of that amount days before her lease expiredFor the carpet it ended up being cleaning not replaced since the carpet was new at the time of there move in
According to the day move-out packet paperwork it states:
TERMINATION OF OCCUPANCY
Your occupancy of the apartment is considered terminated when you turn in your apartment keysIf the keys are not submitted to the office on
your move-out date, rent will continue to be assessedAll personal property must be removed and cleaning must be completed prior to turning in
the keys as all locks will be changed and you will not be able to re-enter
DAMAGES, REPAIRS, CLEANING
Cleaning, painting and carpet cleaning charges are often assessed and charged to your security deposit upon move-outAs stated in your Rental
Agreement, your apartment should be returned to its original conditionThe enclosed Cleaning Checklist & Sample Charges were designed to aid
youAll cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, repairs and replacements will be charged based on invoiced amountsLife expectancy is factored in for
painting and carpet replacementsIf you choose not to remedy any deficiencies and/or bring your apartment to the same condition as you received it
and prefer us to perform the services, these costs will be deducted from your security deposit upon move-out
KEYS AND FORWARDING ADDRESS
Please remember to drop your keys at the Leasing Office before you leaveIf it is after hours, place them in an envelope with your apartment number
referenced, and place the envelope in the drop slot located by the front doorAlso, please make sure we have your new forwarding address

Item 1: Pest Issue: We had just put away all of our belongings and did not want to go through the hassle of taking every one of our items back out from our cabinets and closets because Team too could not getting the job done in the first place
Item 2: Security Deposit: "...not notifying anyone that she was out of the apartment" This statement is COMPLETELY false*** *** and I provided the Parcwood office a day notice signed stating the specific day we would be out of the apartment"For the carpet it ended up being cleaning not replaced since the carpet was new at the time of there move in." I have the paperwork proving otherwise"If you choose not to remedy any deficiencies and/or bring your apartment to the same condition as you received it and prefer us to perform the services, these costs will be deducted from your security deposit upon move-out." Our security deposit should have been enough to cover whatever costs it took to clean the apartment because, for the most part, our apartment was as clean as when we moved in
