REPEATED LETTERS HAVE GONE TO THEM AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO THEM EITHER.

Review: I was laid off Parigi Group on June **,2015. I was instructed to sign a severance form within 21 days of termination and in return I'd receive a check for the amount of $578. I did not sign. The HR employee Janet P[redacted] insistently called me on late August 2015 to purposely persuade me to sign the severance form and she assured she will mail me the check. She clarified that I am still entitled to this money. I signed and mailed the severance form after speaking to her. Janet P[redacted] failed to confirm the severance form was received and did not reply any emails, phone calls or voice messages for months.As I insisted on following up this matter she finally emailed me that she will look into it and let me know the outcome. Now after constant pursue she notifies me now that I was not entitled to receiving the check.Desired Settlement: I need confirmation from Parigi Group that no check was issued and/or cashed under my name. Since Ms P[redacted] conducted herself in a deceitful, manipulative and suspicious way using false allegations and later dodging an explanation throughout this ordeal, I need to make sure that no fraud is being made under my name. I obviously do not want any contact with P[redacted] at this point only for P[redacted] to explain to the owners what went on in detail with my severance form and check. I request confirmation from any of the owners, Stella S[redacted], Morris S[redacted] and Marco S[redacted].
