On April 2, 2015, my office received a call from Mr [redacted] stating his house backs up to one of our complexes off of Gladys Avenue and there was some fence boards that needed repaired At that time, [redacted] sent my maintenance man to the [redacted] complex at [redacted] Gladys He walked the fence line of the complex and reported to our office that he did not find a problem with the fence On April 7, Mr [redacted] called our office again and expressed his concern that the fence had still not been repaired As the conversation went on [redacted] figured out that he did not live behind the [redacted] Townhomes, he lived behind St [redacted] , which is at another location on Gladys Avenue She then instructed our maintenance man to go walk the fence line at the St [redacted] complex Upon doing so, he found approximated boards that were cracked and one board that was not completely off the fence but was leaning outward He took a screw and secured the one board and took pictures of the remaining cracked fence boardsParigi Property Management, LtdManages various properties for numerous owner Some properties we own and we can make a decision immediately when it comes to repairs and maintenance and the upkeep of a property When we manage a property for another individual, there is certain protocol when it comes to maintaining the property Some owner’s will leave the decision solely to us, other owner’s will request approval of expenditures That is why the pictures were taken and Mr [redacted] was told we would have to get approval from the ownerPer [redacted] ,in my office, Mr [redacted] did call back again she believes on the 9th of April but she did not take note of the date Mr [redacted] was very rude and she put him into my voicemail since I was out of the office In the voicemail, Mr [redacted] informed me that my employee did go check the fence but he did a “***-poor” job of fixing it He informed me he was going to fix it himself and send me the bill When I did return Mr [redacted] phone call, he was very angry and told me I was a “slum-lord”, not only because I didn’t repair the fence but because of the condition of the complex and the tenants that we allow to live there At this point, I matched Mr [redacted] attitude and told him he could build his own fence As per building codes, when a multi-family dwelling backs up to a single-family dwelling, we are required to provide a “screen” between the two properties As you review the pictures enclosed you will see cracked fence boards, but you will not see a missing fenceMy frustration with Mr [redacted] was him implying that I was responsible for the safety of his children and pet As a parent if I was concerned that my child and pet could be in harms-way, I would fix the problem from inside my yard and then deal with the owner I would not wait for something to happen they lay blame on them If I was concerned that the owner behind me was a “slum-lord”, I would put my own fence up on my side of the property to secure my family’s safetyParigi Property Management, LtdIs not a “slum-lord” and I take great offense to Mr [redacted] ’ comment If Mr [redacted] would have done his research regarding the management of this complex he would have discovered that we have only managed the property for three months Prior to any of the above taking place, we were already having difficulty getting the owner’s approval for many needed repairs in and around the complex Because of that and because we are not “slum-lords” we felt it would be in our best interest to return management to the owner and part ways This will take place on May 31, As far as a settlement to Mr [redacted] , I do not feel Parigi Property Management should be responsible for his lost wages, labor and suppliesSincerely, [redacted] CParigi, JrPresident

Complaint:
Dear Revdex.com— Mrs[redacted]:
I am rejecting this response because:
He is
not telling the truth and he is manipulating with a situation
to cover his discrimination act and behavior towards meI am so sad and
disappointed that a man with his age is doing this!
All the communications between me and him was in writing,
except the followiduring the time that I had movin 2010, because at
that time he did not fix the problems and it was already in the notes that had
been given to him to be changed before I moved-in
My deposit was dedicated and now I see pictures attached in
the documents which I did not receive from him at the first placeWhich is, HOWEVER,
is a clear evidence that he is prejudice because as a single tenant I had used
the stove to heat water to make tea or/and coffee and boiling some eggs because
most of the time I eat outsideNot to mention that I did not use the oven and
most if not all single Americans who live alone do not use oven at allHow
come I have been charged for some dirt from previous tenant and dedicated from
my deposit as "charge for cleaning"?
The apartment is old and he knows that from his sideThat
is why on some pictures with severe damages on the cabinets and drawers he says
"not charged" because it was existed before I had received the apartmentAnd
if he charged me for that he will be caught by the 4th grader that
is why he tried to manipulate and tweak to cut money after discrimination to
show that every steps he has done looks process based on lease; however,
he did not honor some of paragraphs with me at the first place.
I was confronting him about the lease and told him that he
has broken the lease and as a matter of fact he should honor it from his sideBut
in his response he stated that it was "badgering" of the invoice from my sideAs
far as I know that every business has the right to call if they feel badgering
So, why did not Parigi call them if he felt that or as he mentioned that he got
frustrated? To answer for him: he is lying because he was discriminating
against me and yelling in front of his employees
Indeed, he chased me till my car—out side his office with
[redacted]; when I told him that this is a clear discrimination and I was appointing
at the sign that he has in his office's lobbyHe was yelling and laughing at
my accent and he told me to tell my friends till I entered my car
He mentioned at his response to AAST that he send me an
apology letter which neither me nor them received that apology letter for his
prejudice acts
I did come to your office at downtown and I did not see your
dogs, Mrs[redacted]If he is working professionally he is not supposed to
bring dogs at a professional place of working to scare clientsI believe that
only a blind people can use friendly dogs because of their own situationI
have seen some of them and they are not allowed to be touched or being around people
rather then a blind oneBut his dogs were almost attacking me and one of them
reached me till my face and I am allergic that is why I was frustrated
Last but not least, I have been told also by one of his
office's staff that he has an argument with his employee [redacted]; because [redacted]
confronted him about his acts towards me as discrimination acts[redacted] unfortunately
is no longer working with him because he has been forced to leave the job as
well
Looking forward to make the community clean from those who
doesn't respect and honored the diversity
Sincerely,
[redacted]

On April 2, 2015, my office received a call from Mr. [redacted] stating his house backs up to one of our complexes off of Gladys Avenue and there was some fence boards that needed repaired.  At that time, [redacted] sent my maintenance man to the [redacted] complex at [redacted] Gladys.  He walked...

the fence line of the complex and reported to our office that he did not find a problem with the fence.   On April 7, 2015 Mr. [redacted] called our office again and expressed his concern that the fence had still not been repaired.  As the conversation went on [redacted] figured out that he did not live behind the [redacted] Townhomes, he lived behind St. [redacted], which is at another location on Gladys Avenue.  She then instructed our maintenance man to go walk the fence line at the St. [redacted] complex.  Upon doing so, he found approximated 10 boards that were cracked and one board that was not completely off the fence but was leaning outward.  He took a screw and secured the one board and took pictures of the remaining cracked fence boards. Parigi Property Management, Ltd. Manages various properties for numerous owner.  Some properties we own and we can make a decision immediately when it comes to repairs and maintenance and the upkeep of a property.  When we manage a property for another individual, there is certain protocol when it comes to maintaining the property.  Some owner’s will leave the decision solely to us, other owner’s will request approval of expenditures.  That is why the pictures were taken and Mr. [redacted] was told we would have to get approval from the owner. Per [redacted],in my office, Mr. [redacted] did call back again she believes on the 9th of April but she did not take note of the date.  Mr. [redacted] was very rude and she put him into my voicemail since I was out of the office.  In the voicemail, Mr. [redacted] informed me that my employee did go check the fence but he did a “[redacted]-poor” job of fixing it.  He informed me he was going to fix it himself and send me the bill.  When I did return Mr. [redacted] phone call, he was very angry and told me I was a “slum-lord”, not only because I didn’t repair the fence but because of the condition of the complex and the tenants that we allow to live there.  At this point, I matched Mr. [redacted] attitude and told him he could build his own fence.  As per building codes, when a multi-family dwelling backs up to a single-family dwelling, we are required to provide a “screen” between the two properties.  As you review the pictures enclosed you will see cracked fence boards, but you will not see a missing fence. My frustration with Mr. [redacted] was him implying that I was responsible for the safety of his children and pet.  As a parent if I was concerned that my child and pet could be in harms-way, I would fix the problem from inside my yard and then deal with the owner.  I would not wait for something to happen they lay blame on them.  If I was concerned that the owner behind me was a “slum-lord”, I would put my own fence up on my side of the property to secure my family’s safety. Parigi Property Management, Ltd. Is not a “slum-lord” and I take great offense to Mr. [redacted]’ comment.  If Mr. [redacted] would have done his research regarding the management of this complex he would have discovered that we have only managed the property for three months.  Prior to any of the above taking place, we were already having difficulty getting the owner’s approval for many needed repairs in and around the complex.  Because of that and because we are not “slum-lords” we felt it would be in our best interest to return management to the owner and part ways.  This will take place on May 31, 2015. As far as a settlement to Mr. [redacted], I do not feel Parigi Property Management should be responsible for his lost wages, labor and supplies. Sincerely, [redacted] C. Parigi, Jr. President

As stated in the previous message, Parigi Property Management, Ltd. Secured the one (1) fence board that was off.  We took pictures of the cracked fence boards and reported them to the owner.  Parigi Property Management never stated they fixed the boards.  Therefore do not bash the quality of work of our employees.  As explained to you in the response letter, Parigi Property Management has not been given authorization to make any repairs/replacement to the fence.  If and when Parigi Property Management is given authorization for the repairs, the work will be done in a quality manner. Sincerely, Parigi Property Management, Ltd. By:  Parigi Investments, Inc.         Its general partner By:  [redacted] C. Parigi, Jr. [redacted]
