I did offer to do the work no chargeshe stormed out of herewhat more does she wantI do not know what else to do ,she can contact me to do the work

[redacted] brought her vehicle in and had various problems check engine light on , noises from rear suspension .We diagnosed the problem a the time as a computer update which was covered by manufacturer years or 80,mile So we told [redacted] to go to Wayne Mazda ,which I personally call & spoke to a Service Advisor and explained [redacted] waited weeks and went to a different dealer , they would not help her She called me and I explained it agian and she finally we to Wayne Mazda , Service Advisor was not there that I spoke with Wayne Mazda tried to sell a great deal of work [redacted] called me and I told her to bring in all the paper work that I gave her & the paper work the dealer gave her I told her at NO CHARGE I would look at her vehicle again I just wanted to make sure the codes in the computer were the same Possible that more codes set the computer because [redacted] kept driving and did not address the original problem As far as the suspension complaint , we installed new shocks & shock mounts in the rear ,which were neglected for a long time The shocks were about the worst I ever sen in my years as a mechanicLack of addressing one problem always leads to another which is hard for any mechanic to for see anything else I also checked this out and told [redacted] that the rear sub frame might of been damaged because of neglect All the other maintenance issues were fluid changes which seemed never done I am a honest any hard working person and would never try to mislead anyone I have been in business for over years and my customer reviews speek for themselves .Please Contact me if any questions

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all I did not wait weeks to go to Mazda because I needed for that engine light to be fixed so I could take my car to inspection, which I need get done ASAPWhen I was at his office he did not specify which dealership, so yes I did go to the wrong one, that’s when I called car kings to find out for sure which dealership, and that’s when he told me the one in WayneHe didn’t tell me he spoke with any service advisorHad he told me I would have taken care of it right away! When I went to the Mazda dealership in Wayne (which took me about weeks because I have to work), no one mentioned that they talked to the owner at Car Kings I called Car Kings and yes he did tell me to bring in all of the paperwork, so I went to his office the next day He was rude and said he would have to look at the car I asked him how much is it going to cost, he said about two hundred something or moreI was getting very frustrated, he absolutely refused to give me a discount even though I had already paid him $1,This sentence where he says “I told her at NO CHARGE” - I didn’t think he would charge me to give me some solutionHe was coming up with a hard to believe story that he would have to check even more codesHe made it so stressful that at this point I had to walk out of his officeI realized he was taking advantageIn his reply he states that he told me that the rear sub-frame might be damaged because of neglect THIS IS NOT TRUEHe rode in the car with me, and heard the noiseWe returned to the shop and he put the car on the lift and told me that the noise is being made by dirt and sand! The shocks were fixed but the car is still making a lot of noise so I’m not sure what was really doneThe car should not be making a lot of noise if it was fixedI had the fluids done somewhere else, he did not need to do fluids it was unnecessaryMaybe he doesn’t do this to male customers but I was misleadMy experience with Car Kings was not satisfactory Regards, [redacted]
