Love this place
We have been going here since we found it every night around 6:30 pm
We sit outside or take our Vanilla Late home with our bread.
Very disappointing to get their today at 6:40pm for both of the young ladies to say they can’t make them for us because everything has been cleaned .
The place closes at 8pm it’s 6:40pm
We drove almost 30 min for this coffee .
Very disappointing

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The response from the business is not accurate or trueThe problem wasn't that my one tray was dirty,
but that every single tray made available to customers was dirtyThe entire stack was filthy,
and clearly unwashed
More importantly, it is impossible that the pastry was baked that morning, since it was covered
by a least a week's worth of fungus (probably more)Clearly, it was kept in a moist storage area
for a very long time before being served
To resolve my complaint, it is imperative that a Health Inspector be sent to examine this restaurant

Dear Customer,
Hello, I am the assistant manager of Paris Baguette, Bayside.
First of all, I would like apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
Customer...

satisfaction is of our utmost priority, and we will keep working toward it. We work hard to meet the customer expectations in both quality and cleanliness of our service. Therefore, it is our protocol to wipe and make sure the trays are clean, ready to use for the next customers. However, if you were given a messy tray that has not been cleaned thoroughly, it is our responsibility to prevent any further mistake and train the staff accordingly.
For us, as important as hygiene is quality of the baked goods. We concentrate heavily on quality control. It is our policy to bake our goods in the morning and discard any leftovers. Again, if you were dissatisfied with our products, we sincerely apologize and will work strenuously for an improvement.
We are very sorry to have left you unhappy. Please come again to find me or any
other manager to give you a full refund of $12.55 and personally apologize for the
inconvenience once more.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to see you again.
Sincerely,

Review: This is a food service business that is too filthy for human consumption. They sell baked good on trays which are covered in crumbs from previous customers; they trays are clearly never washed or cleaned. (I complained, but they did nothing.)Even worse, the pastries I purchased were spoiled. A raspberry tart was covered in mold. Not just a little mold, but a colony of it. I couldn't tell until I got home (each pastry is covered by a thin plastic sheet), but I have no doubt that their entire selection is spoiled.Desired Settlement: A refund would be nice. (I spent $12.55 on pastries, but had to throw it all out.) But more importantly, a health inspector should visit this business (and perhaps other franchises in this chain) to check on the cleanliness of the restaurant & food. Selling moldy pastries is unsanitary and disgusting.
