By far the WORST customer service and experience I ever had to deal with buying a vehicleTo start off, I was interested in buying a Cadillac Escalade EXT that I seen on Paris Motors websiteI got all of the details and information on the truck and got a final offer of $27,if I was to purchase itI got the carfax faxed over to me and everything seemed okayI asked the salesman who I dealt with if there was ANYTHING wrong with the vehicle at all multiple times, and his answer each time was noHe explained that they have a good reputation and that they've been in business for yearsLong story short, I drove and a half hours to purchase the truckThe SAME day I started to experience problems with itI started hearing a weird noise while driving it, the steering wheel shaked as a I drove, the truck sounded like it had no struts any time I drove over a bumpI called the dealer and they said the noise was just because it's been sitting in the lot for a whileI thought nothing of it and went along with it, TRUSTING that the salesman was giving me his wordI ended up taking it to a Cadillac dealer near by and at the end of my visit the total price to fix everything wrong with the vehicle was almost $in costs! When I called Paris Motors to explain what was wrong with it and how much it's going to cost me to fix the issue, he said that the most he can do is give me 55% off what they were charging meSo at the end of the day, I would still have to come out of MY pocket $3,all because the salesman LIED to me and said nothing was wrong with the truckAnd at the end, the salesman told me that "there's nothing he can do for me"I'm a very honest person and I would never want to bash anyone or any business for no reason, but it's people like the salesmen at Paris Motors that make this world that much hated because you can't even trust a dealer that's selling a truck for damn near $30,and lies to you about itIt's not like I was buying a $2,000-$3,vehicle, I'm paying $30,of MY hard earned money because I trusted someone I should of never have to begin withSo as far as my overall experience with Paris Motors and the salesman who's name is [redacted] that "helped" me, the WORST experience and the WORST customer service I have ever seen and experienced in my entire lifeTo whomever is looking to buy a vehicle from Paris a Motors, DO NOT buy from there unless you have proof of everything they tell you

I had a tremendous experience at Paris MotorsI needed a first car for my teen-aged son and was "evaluating the people fully as much as the vehicle." The owner and the salesperson listened to understand MY objectives and then helped guide the selection in a most trustworthy mannerThey then went well above & beyond in final prep before we drove off the lot

I called the dealer and they said the noise was just because it's been sitting in the lot for a while. I thought nothing of it and went along with it, TRUSTING that the salesman was giving me his word. I ended up taking it to a Cadillac dealer near by and at the end of my visit the total price to fix everything wrong with the vehicle was almost $6000.00 in costs! When I called Paris Motors to explain what was wrong with it and how much it's going to cost me to fix the issue, he said that the most he can do is give me 55% off what they were charging me. So at the end of the day, I would still have to come out of MY pocket $3,000.00 all because the salesman LIED to me and said nothing was wrong with the truck. And at the end, the salesman told me that "there's nothing he can do for me". I'm a very honest person and I would never want to bash anyone or any business for no reason, but it's people like the salesmen at Paris Motors that make this world that much hated because you can't even trust a dealer that's selling a truck for damn near $30,000 and lies to you about it. It's not like I was buying a $2,000-$3,000 vehicle, I'm paying $30,000 of MY hard earned money because I trusted someone I should of never have to begin with.
