As of July 6, 2015, Mr*** was credited back to his credit card $The reason it is not $as reported above, is because his insurance responded to his second visit and there was a copay which was deducted from the visit

We would like it to be noted that Mr*** called our office repeatedly last weekOne of those messages he left was threatening in nature and our staff felt uncomfortable with what he may do should he show up at our officeHe stated: "I am coming up there tomorrow, which will be Tuesday, to pick up that checkFurthermore I need to pick up paperwork that I left off for *** to fill out she has had in her handsI will be picking up both of those tomorrow or you will see some serious action going on in your office." The third thing is I have requested *** *** to call meShe has notI will find alternate means of communicating with her if you don't have her call me tomorrowThank you."
The quote above is a word for word voicemail from Mr*** which felt threatening in natureWe felt it pertinent for this to be noted as well per Dr***

Their response shows they refuse to accept blame, and has made it clear they never will, for their errorsmonths of them withholding my money, knowing my insurance was going to pay for it, is outrageous
I put an attached portion on this complaint and they still continue to refuse to let me speak with *** *** I doubt the business owner has been made aware of these complaintsShe is either oblivious as to how her office is run or is in the know and she allows such behaviors that put patients in worse mental health than when they first visitedMy "alternate means of communication with *** is this Revdex.com complaintIn their own quoted text they said that I requested to speak with her repeatedlyApparently this didn't workHer name is on the door and in the phone book and I expect this very small business owner to contact me immediately
Her office staff should not, in fact, feel at ease of my arrival as they have buried me financially, mentally, and physicallyThey knowingly created this monsterAs long as they get their money they don't care how what the results and consequences on the patients areI have never encountered a business as unprofessional as they are in my years on this earthI have been working closely with a therapist who agrees that my anger with *** and *** staff is overly justifiable
If they don't want me to show up in their office unannounced and absolutely livid, then they need to overnight the paperwork I put in ***'s hand to my address on file, right nowI want every sheet, note, and paper clip, along with the receipt for the credit they said they would provideThe longer they wait the more likely I am to show up, as I need the paperwork for the new doctor on 7/13/
