I was merely an commissioned employee of Parisi Contracting, My job is to estimate the job, quote the job, and collect the money from the job which was given to Mr***
When I quoted this job *** specified that he was in no hurry to get this completed
and that the longer we waited the better it would be for him due to the fact that he stated (in the summer time I work a lot of overtime and will have more money, and it will be better for him) Mr*** was to complete this installation and he keep putting it off all summer till finally I subcontracted the job out to others to satisfy the owner, in which he was extremely happy with all of the work at the time of completionHe keep adding additional work to the original scope and we had to order custom sized doors to fit in the mobile home which no one has in stock and take to weeks to obtainFurthermore they had additional problems with the trailer having severe mold and mildew that had never been fixed and had been growing for several yearsI took over forty calls from this man's girlfriend and was all ways courteous and concerned for her questions and issuesIt would seem very unusual that after ten months they now have a problemIf there doors are having problems it is probably due to settling with the trailer, we had frost as deep as feet this last winter and many people had problems with their houses, businesses and mobile homes from that occurrenceI have still not been paid $in commissions from Mr*** from last year and get absolutely no response from e-mails or phone calls
