She kept calling out, and calling outI have the texts from her that state, I'm not coming in tonight, I'm going to [redacted] to workWhy did you enroll in school then? She wanted to manipulate me, and this started from the beginningI was willing to try to work with her and went over and beyond to try to help her because she needed to work and she knows itI even told her that even though I do not have an internship agreement with the [redacted] for you, if you will tell [redacted] to sign off your hours and what you did relating to what we're studying, then I can give you some hoursNext thing I knew she said, you promised me those hoursI never received any documentation from her at all from her supervisorShe manipulated me to the point that I told her not to come back and I was going to drop herShe failed to take any ownership for her actions, and even said, I am almost graduated..huh? How is that? I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the business on the 9th after the owner said she would give me a full refund By the 20th I had heard nothing and so pursued other means of resolving this issue Stating facts is not slanderIf this business wanted days to resolve this issue then they should have been up front about the path they were taking Since I had heard nothing after business days from Parisian Spa Institute I also notified *** who I had bought the services through and a resolution was reached through them *** was prompt in getting back with me and has since refunded my money I am still out the money I have spent trying to get my hair presentable and all time I have had to put in to resolving this issue I submitted the complaint with the Revdex.com and *** and the same time

I offered the refund to Ms. [redacted] only last week when I heard about it..We had to wait until her credit card entered our system because we didn't want to give a refund and her stop payment on the item. But we can't refund unless we received payment. But, let me take this a step further...
please..The United States Second Amendment rights..for me and any citizen..."does not allow [redacted] or anyone to slander someone without prosecution!" So, therefore, if I see a bad review from her..I will not refund her money..You can't attack me and my hard work..I did nothing wrong..This is a school and they are students..How would she feel...I did the right thing to offer the refund and any business!!! Any..it would take up to 30 days...I have to make sure it hits my account..So, I will look and see what bad karma she has put out there..and I will exercise my right...and if I have to prosecute over $35 dollars so be it..but, I will not tolerate being nice and being bullied...I am not the one to do this too..I'm kind and I own the school and you're harassing me...the money has to be there for me to refund..have some patience...You are like a time bomb...no patience...but our policy is NOT to refund anything..I think I went over and beyond..you just have to wait...to receive it in the mail...or simply come to the school and pick it up...RELAX...my goodness..REALLY?
