Where to start? This place is just a major scam. They lie to you from the get-go and expect you to adhere to very ridiculous rules and guidelines. here's why nobody should even consider this place as an option.
Before I got the lease, I had asked if we can view the unit. They told us Due to maintenance and cleaning the unit is unavailable for viewing. This is red flag #1.
Scam#1; We were presented a unit that was completely staged instead. we were told all the complexes look "Identical" other than position of rooms and appliances.
the complex was very nice. However, once I finally got the keys to the actual apartment it looked maybe 50% the quality and likeness featured in the staged unit. Right away there were problems. low quality cabinets that were pealing, and a strong damp odor coming from the bathroom. we suspected water damage. when we submitted a maintenance order it took them a month to get to us. A MONTH!
Now by this time we already were dealing with newer issues. the kitchen lighting would constantly go out. making it almost impossible to cook or do anything in the kitchen. another order was submitted, again that order didn't reach us for another month. their unresponsive and unmotivated maintenance crew is only part of the problem. their garbage disposal was horrible. you are assigned this mandatory valet garbage disposal that goes door to door but, you are given this tiny little pale that fits maybe two bags. I question how families of 4 or more expect to deal with incoming garbage that almost never gets taken out. Half the time they either don't pick it up on time or only grab one bag per day. this is unreasonable. To add to this, towards the end of our lease, they decided to remove all the large disposal bins around the property! This is a heath code violation!
it gets better! their security gate was broken half the time we were there! Tweakers and homeless people would come wandering in randomly early in the morning harassing tenants. This is not okay! Especially with all the children running around. About children, most of them were running around without guidance or discipline Walking on people’s vehicles, and one little girl stole our Ring Doorbell. Some of the other kids would “doorbell ditch”. The management will do nothing about this matter either.
There’s more! Their washing machines were never maintained or properly cleaned. You are given a key to a tiny room with 1 washer and 1 dryer that is divided among the complex of units. So, your clothes are getting subjected to another people’s funk. This is disgusting. With inclement weather causing flooding, black ice consuming our parking spaces it was almost impossible to drive through their endless maze of a roadway. To top it off parking was a big scam. We were told we would be given two spaces. However, we got charged the second space later in the year. They added this to the lease. This was never on the original lease. Watch out for flat tires by the way! Because all the lazy construction employees who live their allow nails and pieces of metal loose. This is not okay.
Angry neighbors, loud violent noise going on around the complex, gun fires at least twice a month, and in considerate drivers who live here.
My advice is to avoid this place! Don't even consider it!

Please I’m telling you this because we made the same exact mistake. The reviews aren’t whiny. Every single review has been spot-on. This place is a money pit. They will charge you tons of fees while living there and when you leave. the decided to place us in collections immediately after our departure. we aren't rich we still need time to pay off what we owe.
I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down and condemned yet.
