Complaint: ***
1st I am rejecting this response because: I find Park America 's respond hilariously disturbingFirst, "she" meaning me did NOT park my car in a loading zone YOUR company did so please don't blame the customer for your company's blatant disrespect for my vehicle 2nd your didn't address this issue in a timely manner I tried to address it in a timely mannerWhen I initially tried to resolve it your employee Walter B*** was VERY rude and told me to take it to court and basically called me a liar.3rd its funny that after your company reviewed the video which showed YOUR employee intentionally leaving my car in the loading zone NOT me, that MrB*** finally called me back after I had left several messages, sent several faxes to his office and your corporate office stating YOUR company was at fault your employee parked the car in the loading zone and verbally AGREED to sent a check for $which is the total of the parking ticket, parking and tipSo not only is your company blatantly deceitful but also a liar who doesn't honor their agreements with its customersYour company's slow response forced me to pay the ticket out of pocket because I received your check for $after the alotted days to pay the ticket prior to incurring additional fees.4th I contacted the Philadelphia Parking Authority and was told that the protocol when leaving parking tickets under the "windshield wiper" is for several reaons; One its visible and two its secured and doesn't blow away which leads me to believe YOUR EMPLOYEE INTENTIONALLY hid the ticket when retrieving my carIf your company reviewed the video per WALTER B*** then you can see the blatant deceitfulness of your employee.5th far as me receiving services from your company, which you think is justification for you NOT refunding my payment and tip after your employee WALTER B*** agreed to do so just shows how untrustworthy and deceitful your company is when it comes to its customers and is NOT justification for your company to NOT honor this agreementHence, had I NOT used your company's service I wouldn't have to deal with this issue and the outright negligence of your company without any remorse is totally baffling to me!What I find highly disturbing is the fact that your company NOT ONCE apologize for its blatant disregard for my vehicle and I'm sure neither employer the one who parked my car in the loading zone nor the one who retrieved my vehicle and intentionally tried to hide the ticket weren't reprimanded because its obvious your company doesn't care about its employees or their property. At this time to fully resolve this manner without any further legal ramifications I am requesting your company honor the original agreement made between me and your company per Walter B*** and send me the remainder of the balance owned which is $41.
Regards,

March 30, 2016Dear *** ***:We have received your letter dated March 18, regarding *** *** ***'s claim that our firm damage his vehicle and then did not resolve the claim.I have reviewed our records and interviewed our staff and car find no record that *** *** filed a claim with our
company before he left the garage that dayIf you have a claim number, please forward it to our officeI am aware of the claim being made by *** *** as I received an email sent during the Holiday week on December 29th which I reviewed on my return to our office several days after New Years, it did accompany a picture of a receipt and the damage *** *** is alleging was done to his car by our valet driver,I reviewed this claim with our managers who did not recall the claimHowever, from the picture *** *** emailed, the scratch was clearly caused by a passing bike or something similar either before the car was parked or afterThe mark on the car is a wavy, not a straight line which is typically the type of damages that occurs in a valet attendant parking garageWe could find no cause for this type of mark and do not allow bikes in the garage. In addition, the email stated that he would be handling the claim directly with his insurance carrierWe received no further correspondence from *** ***After receiving a letter from *** Insurance regarding the clair, we reviewed the claim with our employees at the garage to the sate resultNo employee seems to remember trying to clean off a car with a scratch on the back door and quarter panelSince no formal claim was made prior to leaving the garage, the damage was inconsistent with the type of damage valet garages experience; we had no choice but to deny the claim.Should you have any other questions please feel free to call me at your convenience.Sincerely,Brian L. Executive Vice President

February 8, 2017Dear Revdex.com;In reference to the above complaint number, we have thirty of these machines throughout the east coast and have little trouble with the cold weather. The manufacturer feels that it is possible that the new or fairly new bills are what's causing the problem. Please ask [redacted]...

[redacted] to use older bills which will probably grab better in the machine and hopefully there won't be a problem. We have voided his ticket if [redacted].Sincerely,Tom B.

June 13, 2016Dear [redacted],[redacted] is way out of line. She screamed at our staff and threatened them so that they would agree to anything just to get rid of her. She has been threatening and accusing tone throughout the whole process not once has she handled this in a calm rational manner. Mr. B[redacted] would never be rude. This is not his demeanor. He was trained in Hospitality at the Five Star [redacted] Hotel. Our employees did nothing that she is accusing them of.  None of us are deceitful and liars as she states. If our service was so terrible why would she tip $10.00, and why would our valet lie to her and try and hide a parking ticket. The two valets she dealt with are good hard working [redacted] men, who have worked for us for a number of years. They are honest, dependable, and are not penalized by us if the customers are given tickets by the parking authority. They are paid hourly wages and keep their tips.We do not understand why [redacted] is so belligerent. We are sorry that she feels so strongly about this situation, but sometimes things can be solved easily by just being nice. This was not a life and death situation. We paid for the parking ticket but since our valets in our facility did nothing wrong, we do not feel she is entitled to get back the parking charge and the tip. If the Revdex.com feels otherwise please let us know.Sincerely,[redacted] Esq.Head Counsel for Park America

Pursuant to your complaint inquiry regarding [redacted] made a claim that Park America, lnc. damaged his car rim while retuming his car to him inour valet garage. He claimed he and his friends heard the damage when it occurred and saidsomething to the attendant. The attendant...

denied any “curbing” of the tire and rim occurred. Heexplained that what they heard was the tire tuming on the ?oor of the garage which is coated with aprotective sealant l asked [redacted] to email me a picture of the damage on the rim. The scrap on therim appeared to be minor and could have happened anyplace. We investigated his claim and looked atthe damage to determine if it could not have happened in the garage. The manager spoke with theattendant and examined the area [redacted] says this happened and we determined that it could nothave happened in the garage. The curbing in the area is not high enough to cause a rim scrap. We feitthat the damage was either on the car before he parked with us and because he heard a noise, assumed that we damaged the rim. We therefore turned down his claim. In an e?ort to settle the claim, l offered to pay for a repair of the rim when l spoke with [redacted]However, [redacted] only wanted a new rim and he fonuarded an invoice for a new one to repiace it. Heclaimed the rim could not be repaired which alter seeing the pictures we felt was not tme.We will fonivard [redacted] a check for $96.00 to resolve the claim.I hope this settles the matter with the Revdex.com and that any reference to it is removed from our ?te.Please let me know if this coryaint remains an open issue. Thank you.[redacted]

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Since a claim form was not provided by Park America when requested by the Policy Holder at the time that the Vehicle was returned with damage, the Policy Holder submitted their claim via email directly to [redacted] at that time, prior to leaving the Garage (see attachment).A claim was also filed with the Insurance Carrier at that time, prior to leaving the Garage.  Since that time, the Insurance Carrier has corresponded with Park America on behalf of the Policy Holder.  Despite the fact that employees of Park America do not recall this incident, two other witnesses will submit statements substantiating the Policy Holder's account of events. The assertion that the damage caused to the vehicle is uncharacteristic of the type of damage that might be caused by a valet attendant is unsubstantiated, particularly in consideration of the fact that the valet attendant removed residual paint from the obviously fresh scratch at the time that the Vehicle was returned to the Policy Holder.

We have issued her an apology and are sending a refund for the cost of her valet...

parking on the evening of April 7th, We are sorry that she had received a ticket from the Philadelphia Parking Authority but in the course of our conversation, the customer understood that we could not take liability for the PPA ticket because we had not yet taken custody of her vehicle. Although the Park America representative who originally communicated with the customer is a senior manager in handling customer service and the street valet operations for our company, we could have done a much more thorough job in our communications with her. For this we have extended our apologies and will manage these situations better in the future. The customer very nicely accepted our apology.Respectfully submitted,Ned E[redacted]Vice President Park America, Inc.

May 26, 2016To whom it may concern,In response to the complaint received by Park America from [redacted]. We issued payment for the ticket in the amount of $101 as soon as our office was made aware of the problem. She received the ticket from the [redacted] Parking Authority due to the...

fact that she parked her White [redacted] in a loading Zone which is outside of the Valet zone. The attendant on the day in question was working alone and had other cars in his valet Zone that he had to attend to their vehicles prior to parking her car. It was mentioned in the complaint that the ticket was not placed on the windshield. We have no answer for this, however we do not believe our employee hid the ticket nor had malicious intent with the said ticket. The ticket was placed in between the windshield and the hood of the car. It is possible it slid down between the wiper and hood. Her car was parked in our facility and her payment of $30 was taken as she did utilize the service and had an oversized vehicle. She made the conscious decision to tip the employee. The meaning of the word tip is to insure proper, service if she felt the service she received was not proper, she had the option to not tip the employee. She wishes to be reimbursed for a service she received. We felt she was entitled to be reimbursed for the ticket, but nothing else. We feel that we have handled the situation accordingly and we are sorry she does not feel that way.Park America, Inc.
