I have no problem keeping case open my initial response clearly stated that we had contacted customer and were working on resolution we never indicated that the issue had been resolved

we are in contact with customer and working on resolution

It is my understanding that we resolved this issue directly with customer

This Dodge Dart was indeed previously owned by one of our technicians He purchased the vehicle new and traded it in on a Mazda Speed Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown performed a Used Vehicle Inspection on this Dodge Dart shortly after it was traded That used vehicle inspection was completed on March 3, This used vehicle inspection was completed more than two weeks prior to Ms [redacted] purchase of this Dodge Dart The vehicle had 39,miles on it when purchased by Ms*** On April 17, Ms [redacted] returned vehicle stating that her husband said a used vehicle inspection was never completed She mentioned a color difference on the wheels We repaired the wheel issue at no cost to Ms [redacted] and verified that the UVI had already been completed On May 31, the Dodge Dart was brought to Roger Beasley Mazda Killeen with a rough idle The vehicle needed a right side motor mount and ignition coil replaced to resolve this problem The repairs were covered by combination of extended warranty and dealership goodwill Ms [redacted] was provided with a loaner vehicle at no cost while we performed the repaired on her vehicle.On June 6, Ms*** came to Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown wanting to trade in their Dodge Dart on a Mazda Unfortunately we were unable to complete this transaction because we could not obtain financing.On October 3, the vehicle came back to Roger Beasley Mazda Killen with dead battery We replaced the battery at no cost to customer The vehicle had 50,miles on it when we replaced this battery.We would be more than happy to trade the customer out of this vehicle into a different vehicle if they are unhappy but unfortunately their current credit score has made it difficult for us to get any lenders to approve financing of such a transaction

Mr [redacted] was clearly aware of the "AS IS" status of vehicle when he purchased this Mazda RX8.I have attached two separate documents that he signed at time of purchase

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have now received a new temporary tag that is good through early November I've gotten word from my bank that they finally received a duplicate title; however, I was also told that the dealership didn't sign the title, so right now it's still invalid until they obtain a signature; transferring the car/title ownership Regards, [redacted]

I have spent a countless amount of money being a "customer" to this businessIf you are looking for a veterinary office that is concerned with only taking your money, you are in the right place! They truly have no concern for your animal, just the dollar in your pocketAgain after being a loyal customer here for over a year (and sadly referring friends here) a doctor could not be bothered to get on the line to answer a simple question about what mg to give my hurting dog because they got nothing out of itFirst the receptionist said that she couldn't give advice anymore because she got in trouble for that before but that they would probably advise me to administer ibuprofenThen she explained that a doctor probably won't want to get on the phone because then they loose the office visit(Are you kidding me?!) After I strongly urged her to please ask him to get on the phone that it would literally take seconds of his time (I know they get busy), then she gets back on the phone and lies by saying they are not legally able to give medical advice over the phone they hung up on me....after mins on holdWhich I know for a fact the info is inaccurate, and according to her she herself was just in trouble for giving medical advice, plus that's just flat out bad business Bottom line is they are very rude and after knowing now what type of individuals work there I will be taking my business and my precious fur babies elsewhere
