They had 2000.00 of our money plus over payment of WSG and our neighbor was MURDERED as well as our other neighbor is an Illegal immigrant with NO papers. unit and it is based on the number of Occupants in a unit and is received directly from the City of Auburn.   Since we as a building, also incurs slight utilities for walkway lighting, etc., we only pass on 95% of the actual billed amount to our tenants on their monthly statement.  The actual bills are available in the office for anyone to obtain the exact copy, if requested.  We take 95% of the bill, divide it by the entire # of residences at the time of usage, and then apply the amount for each unit BASED ON HOW MANY RESIDENTS LIVE THERE.  These are explained during the lease and billed to the tenant every single month.  This tenant moved into our complex in Feb 2015, and she did not request any confirmation of these calculations, or copies of utilities, etc. until Dec 18th, 2015.  Each month it was on her statements, and when it was requested the residents were already late on the previous 2 months rent and had a balance owing IN EXCESS OF $927.  I sent the tenant every single bill from the City of Auburn from the Feb 2015-Dec 2015 WITHIN 24 HOURS.  I have attached those emails, and forwarded them to the Revdex.com as proof that The Park at Auburn is completely transparent with out tenants with the billing, with the explanation of the lease they are agreeing to and always very quick to respond to any concerns.  We have no control over what the City currently charges for usage and make it very clear they are the tenants responsibility to pay for those charges that they incur.  If rent is not paid in full, then late fees are accessed, and we are very compliant with Fair Housing regulations that every single individual be treated the same, regardless of their personal financial hardships or expenses.  We did everything within the terms of the lease, in hopes they would be financially be able to afford to stay with our company and wish them the best in the future. "
