Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
When I contacted the leasing office to resolve the matter, I was told that they could neither confirm, nor deny, that a bill was ever sent to meI was then told to "deal with it" and was given the number to a collection agency that I never should have been sent to I feel that my bill was purposly withheld until it was sent to collections in a vindictive mannerI left my email, cell phone and work numbers, and was never contacted in any attempt to send me a statement

The leak was coming from the upstairs apartment. Since the resident waited hours to notify management about the leak, it cause damaged. Maintenance was able to access and contain the leak. Carpet vendors were contacted for water extraction and carpet cleaning. The carpet vendor could not come out right away, but told us that they would be there by 7pm, due to their work load.
Mrs*** was not neglected by the office staff at any time. We responded to the maintenance request in a reasonable amount of time. The situation was very inconvenient for Mrs*** and her family, and on May 3rd, she was given the option to terminate the lease without penalty. Mrs*** did not want to use that option at that time

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I called the leasing office on several occasions in August to take care of the bill, and was repeatedly told that everything was fine and that the bill was in the mailI called in September and got the same responseI gave my email address and recieved nothingI left two phone numbers and never got a call from themWhen I finally did get the bill it was too late to pay itThe poor management at Crestview did NOT offer any advice on how to fix it, only giving me the number to the collection agency, and yes, told me to "deal with it", which is why I leftI am a combat veteran of OEF, and am disappointed that I am being treated in this mannerEvery response that does not have "Come and Pay us" will be rejected

To Whom It May Concern,  On April 28th, [redacted] resident from apartment 123 called and left messaging, stating that there was a leak in her apartment.  She noticed it at 5am, but didn’t call the office until 8am.  Maintenance was made aware of the maintenance issue and...

went to see where the leak was coming from. The leak was coming from the upstairs apartment.  Since the resident waited 3 hours to notify management about the leak, it cause damaged.  Maintenance was able to access and contain the leak.  Carpet vendors were contacted for water extraction and carpet cleaning.  The carpet vendor could not come out right away, but told us that they would be there by 7pm, due to their work load.   Mrs. [redacted] was not neglected by the office staff at any time.  We responded to the maintenance request in a reasonable amount of time.  The situation was very inconvenient for Mrs. [redacted] and her family, and on May 3rd, she was given the option to terminate the lease without penalty.  Mrs. [redacted] did not want to use that option at that time.

Mr. [redacted] was referred to our collection agency 30 days after move out for nonpayment of remainder balance to his account here at Park At Crestview apartments. Per the lease contract he is obligated to pay $123.79 which can be cleared once paid. He was provided a move out statement and...

unfortunately was RTS’ed (returned to sender) for reasons beyond our control. [redacted] is more than welcomed to contact our leasing office at [redacted] to discuss how to remove this item off this credit, or contact the [redacted] at [redacted] or [redacted].

[redacted] came in to Park At Crestview leasing office last week to make full payment of past balance with a money order past the 30 days from move out. Once the manager advised him that this payment would need to be made to the collection agency he immediately stormed out of the leasing office slamming the door before Management had a chance to explain to him the entire process for payment of debt. The representatives never one mentioned for him to “deal with it”. He is more than welcomed to contact Collect Global to make sure this is taken off his credit. Per TAA policy guidelines a move out statement was mailed out (please see attachment) as compliance to lease contract.
