To Revdex.comRE: Comp int ID [redacted] October 22, Upon investigation of the mocondition and requests of this tenant and their apartment we havefound that all of the requests made have been addressedThe railing was inspected twice, once on3//and again on 3/27/2015, when a bracket was installed and found to be structurally soundPerthe Resident's request the dryer duct was replaced, and the windows were re-caulked at this time aswellThe shower cartridge has been replaced twice in the apartment since March When theResident called, and came in, complaining about fleas in their apartment we had our exterminator treatthe apartment twice, as a courtesy, atour expenseOvert he summer a power outage damaged ourphone system causing our voicemail to become corruptOur phone lines still work, howeverWhen theresident contacted us via email to let us know she was having hot water issues she requested a licensedplumberAfter speaking with our maintenance supervisor, he felt confident he could resolve herplumbing issueWhen the message was relayed back to the resident they agreed to have maintenancecome and service the plumbing issues, the same day, and there have not been any issues sinceA leakwas reported to us on October 10, The leak was responded to immediatelyAfter cutting a holeinto the ceiling, a dehumidifier was installed to ensure the drywall would dry properlyWe spoke withthe resident on 10/11/to let them know maintenance would come back to check their apartmentand finish patching the drywall by the end of the weekThe drywall was patched on 10/14/2015, asecond co t of mud was put on the next dayOn 10/16/the ceiling was sanded, textured, paintedand finished, as promisedWe have made every effort to resolve any issue in a timely manner.At this point we would be willing to let the resident out of their lease with proper notice, at no penaltyto themHowever all deposits paid will be subject to final water bill, cleaning fees and damages madeto the apartment by the Resident.Sincerely,Crystal D [redacted] Community ManagerPark at Dash Point Apartments [redacted] Phone [redacted] Fax

When theResident called, and came in, complaining about fleas in their apartment we had our exterminator treatthe apartment twice, as a courtesy, at. our expense. When theresident contacted us via email to let us know she was having hot water issues she requested a licensedplumber. After speaking with our maintenance supervisor, he felt confident he could resolve herplumbing issue. When the message was relayed back to the resident they agreed to have maintenancecome and service the plumbing issues, the same day, and there have not been any issues since.
