Apartment # [redacted] above [redacted] had its tile wall replaced This was done the last week in February There is no mold or mildew growth in apartment #*** The only thing pending is some texture work that is being done today

I am rejecting this response because:
the work they said they would do hasnt been doneThey have known of this ptoblem for going on months now and still isnt fixedI attached picturesThe first is when this started againThe second is the one I took today (3/17/18)As you can see there is mold growth, possibly mildew growthSince you keep denying damages I should recieve at least a full months worth of free rent
