I am rejecting this response because: Their "notes" are written down only when they want to. It doesn't mention anything about the phone call I placed the day prior where someone said they would call me back and did not. It doesn't mention the fact that I asked someone at the end of the event about my deposit and they assured me I would get it. Or the calls I made following the event. They are attempting to keep my money by falsifying their "notes." I have witnesses who can tell you that they said I was getting my deposit back. Their " it's" mean nothing.

Thank you reaching out to us regarding this matter. Unfortunately, this is the first correspondence received from the Revdex.com. Per our contract the security deposit of $100 has to be requested within 7-days after the event or is considered forfeited. When a client request their security...

deposit their folder is noted with date they called and what time they will be in to pick up their security deposit. We were closed for the 4th of July holiday and re-opened on the 5th of July. There was no indication that she called on any days within the weeks’ time not including the days the office is closed. Generally we ask people to leave a message or email to document the request of the security deposit. The only documentation we have is the phone call we received on August 23rd, 2017 at 2:25pm which I will attach to this letter. If she could have provide us with any documentation supporting her claim of calling in to request the deposit she would have been refunded the $100 security deposit with no problem. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to call our office at any of the contact means listed above.
