Review: A finance officer at Park Ave BMW allowed my ex to forge my name on a lease agreement. I have submitted to BMW and the three credit reporting agencies letters to this affect and a letter from a witness that I was on vacation on the date and time the lease was executed. The credit agencies began investigating but BMW continues to assert this as a valid debt which it is not because I can not be held responsible for a lease that I did not sign.Desired Settlement: I want them to acknowledge that it is not my signature and remove this time from my credit report with each of the three credit reporting agencies.

Review: I returned my leased BMW X5 few months ago. When I returned it, I was missing a "trunk Divider". The BMW dealer Park Ave BMW told me that I can return that missing part in few days it will be ok. I found the missing part and returned it to the dealer.

BMW financial services send me the bill and charged me $380.00 for that missing part. I told them I returned the part. They did not listen to me and said the dealer has not informed us that I returned it. They also said that we have nothing to do with those dealers although it is the BMW dealer. They said that it is between me and dealer and they will charge me the part.

I tried to contact the dealer and spoke with two people including the manager Greg and they said we will look in to it. I have not heard anything from the dealer and in the mean time BMW financial sent me to collection agency and I am getting threatening messages from collection agency.Desired Settlement: I should not be charged for the part I returned already.

Review: This company is refusing to refund a deposit that was paid on Saturday February 7th for a vehicle that what not purchasedThe receptionist has an attitude problem and is very rude on the phoneI came in person and was given the run around to speak to the managerIt is now Tuesday 2/10/and I have not been given my refundThe finance person is not answering the line as wellI am not getting treated with the proper respect and care as a consumerWithholding someones deposit after no deal was made is a ridiculous business practiceI have reached out over times to resolve the matter.Desired Settlement: I am demanding a full refund for the deposit that was paid on Saturday February 7th plus the cost of gas and mileage I used to drive to the office on Monday February 9th to only be again not refundedThis dealership should treat and handle every accounting situation as priority
