Dear [redacted],We are responding today in regards to Order Number - [redacted], customer [redacted]. This order was placed by [redacted] on May [redacted], 2017 at 1:09 PM. The order was placed with our vendor the following day on May [redacted], 2017 at 9:36 AM with Purchase Order number...
[redacted]There were at least two verbal conversations early June 2017, for which we apologized for the delay and asked for patience as this order was not in stock and considered a special order. There were also two email correspondences on June [redacted], 2017 at 11:08 AM, and also on August [redacted], 2017 at 2:15 PM which we answered in the very fist day per below. Immediately after this email was sent, I, [redacted] contacted the customer via telephone. Call lasted about thirty minutes and turned out to be unpleasant and accusatory towards Park Avenue Gifts customer service. Customer demanded an immediate refund and mentioned to Park Avenue Gifts that she had already contacted Revdex.com. Based on our Terms and Conditions (per below) we are not able to refund Ms. Guerra. Since the order was not in stock, Park Avenue Gifts had to order the dinner plates with it's vendor, making the order placed by/for [redacted] a Special Order. (per below)Once it becomes a special order placed with our vendor, we are no longer able to cancel per Park Avenue Gifts agreement with the vendor. [redacted]
I am demanding to know what is going on with this order.I do not want to hear about more vague promises.It has been over 3 months since this order was placed. I could have bought these plates locally and had them immediately but I bought from you because of price. Again [redacted] we are very sorry to disappoint you and are not able to cancel this order per our terms and conditions but do all to expedite shipping your rim soups as fast as possible as we also cannot cancel with our supplier.
