I had corresponded with a representative from Park Avenue Events about booking a party there in April for my daughter's Sweet We spoke of a date of Friday, April 1st I also was told I would get 5% off of total if I paid in Cash My husband and myself met with their representative on January 15, to pay the cash deposit of $ (which was required amount) At that time, the representative was extremely busy and when I asked her to get the contract or a receipt showing my $ deposit, she told us she would email the contract and a receipt to me the next day, which she did notAlthough had been corresponding with the woman from time to time via text regarding things about the event, on January 28, 2016, I wrote her a text message telling her I was uncomfortable that I gave her cash and still had no contract in hand We shortly thereafter, had a phone conversation and the woman reassured me, everything was fine I mentioned to her again in the text conversation I w
