I purchased my car there nearly years ago, just stopping in off the street After purchase, they fixed a couple of small cosmetic items, and a *** that I broke off, at no charge They also detailed the car for me after the purchase at no charge I have had all of my service done there since and have not allowed anyone else to touch the carI was even given a coupon for a free oil change from another shop and declined to use it They have always been very friendly, helpful, and fair They will only fix what needs to be done, and give recommendations on what should get done or if something can wait for a while I have never experienced high pressure sales personally or even observed it with other customers I would absolutely recommend, and have recommended, Park Ave to anybody considering a purchase or service My car now has nearly 300,miles following their recommended oil changes and routine maintenance intervals
