Review: [redacted] the owner of PARK CITY HEATING AND COOLING, placed a temporary part on our furnice and had us pay up front for a new part which he had to order. After two weeks of installation the temporary part was not working . [redacted] had to look at the unit, which at which point he stated, that he would return the following day with the new part that we paid . He left leaving expoxed wires on the heating unit , never to return to complete the job. The worst customer service ever,ingonered several of our numerous call . He keep our money and did not provide the service that he was paid for knowing that the furnice was not working .Desired Settlement: After several weeks of our furnice without heat all we want, is for [redacted] to refund our money.

Review: hired to repair hot air furnace. paid him in advance to replace thermocouple and make sure heat was working in tenant's unit. Company did not perform this service. it was supposed to be completed within 1 day of payment. It has now been over 3 weeks and the furnace is still not in working order. does not respond to my tenants calls or my management office calls after numerous request to complete this basic service.

I disagree with the other reviews/complaints towards Park City Heating & Cooling, we found Hector to be extremely courteous and professional. He is very knowledgeable and on numerous occasions he has come out and fixes our issues. Sometimes even extremely late and at a VERY reasonable price. I have and will continue to refer Park City to anyone I know that is looking for any heating and cooling help!!!!
