informed about the situation, I was disappointed we could not solve the problem right away. The problem seems to be the way in which the shoe was repaired, and the dissatisfaction of the customer with the repair.  We were willing to re-do the repair, so we asked the customer to bring the other shoe so that the elastic she asked to have replaced could be matched.  I understand that the customer is disappointed, and I am willing to reimburse the $6 she is requesting.  If she would like to have the repair re-done, that is an option as well.  I hope to hear from you soon. We were unaware that there was still a problem at the [redacted] home.  We have spoken to Yvonne and have an appointment on 2/14/17 between 9am&10am to diagnose the problem.  I will update the file after we meet with Yvonne.   Julie [redacted]General Manager
