I requested this information in writing from Vincent S[redacted] and was told it was unnecessary. He said Ford Credit wouldn't have approved your new lease without resolving past credit issues with Ford.  I also have a voicemail message from Vinny stating that Ford wasn't getting anymore $....

 My boyfriend was present during these negotiations and will testify to what I have stated in my complaint.  There was also another salesman at Park Ford who stated it would take a month to remove all the negative Ford credit history off my credit report.  To verify also what I am saying you can contact Ford Credit and in the call log it states that if any additional money was owed to Ford Vinny would sent it to them directly.I entered into a lease with horrible terms with the sole purpose of clearing up my credit with Ford and paying them everything that was due.  This is the first time in doing business with them that I am totally dissatisfied.  I have been a loyal customer to Park Ford for over 11 years. Through Witness testimony voicemail message and call logs from Ford I can prove my case.

Review: I leased a car from Park Ford in June 2015. I entered into horrible lease terms with the promise that all past debt to Ford would be resolved and any outstanding issues with Ford would be resolved. I was told by two different sales man that all Ford issues on my credit report would be removed within a month. I put a $1000 down and received rebates in the amount of $3750. Ford sales promised if I signed the lease and put down that amount of money all past and current issues with Ford would be erased. So with that promise I reserved myself to accept the offer pay too much money per month for a car I didn't like in order to get Ford issues removed from my credit and pay everything due to Ford. Two weeks after signing the lease papers I received an additional bill from Ford Credit stating I still had an outstanding balance with them of $252. I immediately called the salesman and was told "[redacted]". The salesman even spoke with Ford Credit and stated he would pay Ford if there was any outstanding amount due. Well the salesman changes his position and decided not to pay Ford anything leaving me with an additional balance. When I spoke to a supervisor at Ford credit I was told that an old balance which I owed Ford was not removed from my credit report as promised but it was charged off which still is on my credit report. I have been buying and leasing

cars from the same dealership since 2003. I would have never agreed to the terms of this lease if it weren't for the promise of being 100% paid up with Ford and the promise that all other remaining Ford credit issues would be resolvedDesired Settlement: I would like Park Ford to honor their promise and remove all Ford related items off my credit report, and pay the outstanding $252 due to Ford Credit. Ford Credit has recently reported the outstanding $252 to all credit reporting agencies.

When signing the new lease I was told that I was all paid up with Ford. If this is not possible I would like to void by lease agreement due to fraud and return the lease and lease from another car company.
