Park Happy, LLC Reviews (12)

I was parked at the lot next to Tavern and there is a big sign at the entrance of that lot that parking is $4, so I used the machine to pay $Only later did I find out that the sign is completely misleading and that it is $for every minutesApparently, I was paid through 7:pm (even though I thought I was paid for the night based on that sign)A ticketing agent came and ticked me at 8:pm, so I would have imagined that the "unpaid" fee would have $8, but the ticket says the unpaid fee was $20, which is not correct and no one at Park Happy would substantiate and seemed like an attempt at extortion, and there was another $violation fee, for a total due of $I contacted them and they offered that I could pay $30, which is still completely ridiculous in my opinion, but I feel like my hands are tiedThey also charged an extra 10% to pay onlineI implored Park Happy on multiple occasions to show more honest signage and not to mislead honest customersDO NOT PARK IN ANY PARK HAPPY LOTS

I had never parked with this company before, so on my first day in a new city, I found their lot It was not a bad price at $for the day, but I didn't see the fine print that states you must display your receipt in your car When I didn't do this, I was fined a huge $fee I went to their website to see about a one-time forgiveness, and despite their website stating their the Friendly Parking People, and their claim to respond to email inquiries in 1-days, after a week, I still have not heard back from them, even to say they cannot waive the fee So, even if I have to pay the fee, their lack of communication, and harsh punishment for making a mistake when you're new to these types of systems leave me with a poor impression of this company

I paid the amount required at a paystation , when I returned to my vehicle there is a violation ticket on the window near the receipt showing that I paid for parking

These people are VERY predatory Not at all honest about their policies
At a parking lot with a sign that clearly says "1st two hours of parking are free", within the four minutes it took me to go inside a coffee shop for change and return to my car, their "monitor" had ticketed my car and then hidden from sight again My contacts with the company to resolve this obvious foul play were not responded to in any way
It was a rental (I was a visitor to Nashville) or else I would fight them
And when you choose to pay online, they sock you with a "convenience fee" Tacky

This company shares a lot with another parking company The other company's pay kiosk is very obvious with good visible signage, but this company's pay station is much lower and the signage is not very high, either I parked in their area of the lot, but the pay station, and their signage, that was nearest to me was completely obscured by a large van, so the only visible pay station was for the other company I, having no knowledge of the two companies sharing one lot, paid at the visible pay station, and received a ticket I have contacted them and they have responded, but they will only reduce the amount to $30, where I feel that it should be completely dismissed, and the lot should be updated so that these mistakes can't happen so easily

I am having trouble contacting the company I have put all of the required information into their system and I am still unable to use the submit button It is quite frustrating, especially since I have reviewed my information several times to make sure it was correct and that I completed all required fields Another thing that is frustrating is that they don't take calls, especially when a customer is having trouble with the system

The instructions on the kiosk and signage were very unclear in the location where the ticket was issued. Four others at my table and I were issued tickets, all following the instructions and five cups of coffee at Starbucks cost us an additional $42 X 5. Not cool.

This company doesn't provide signage at every entrance to every lot; I feel they have a monopoly. They must be making a fortune because either you don't see the sign so miss getting your dash receipt or heaven forbid you are a few minutes late. Maybe they have drones checking time codes or something. I avoid their parking lots but have gotten caught because I didn't see a sign and the box was not in view. If I have no choice but to use Park "UN" Happy I set an alarm on my phone to get there a few minutes before expiration time and I advise anyone to do the same.

These people gave me a ticket when I was paid and had the receipt in my window. When you go use their website to submit a dispute they never answer. What a scam! I guess it is easy to make money when you give false tickets and don't answer your emails.

I was parked at the lot next to Tavern and there is a big sign at the entrance of that lot that parking is $4, so I used the machine to pay $4. Only later did I find out that the sign is completely misleading and that it is $4 for every 30 minutes. Apparently, I was paid through 7:08 pm (even though I thought I was paid for the night based on that sign). A ticketing agent came and ticked me at 8:01 pm, so I would have imagined that the "unpaid" fee would have $8, but the ticket says the unpaid fee was $20, which is not correct and no one at Park Happy would substantiate and seemed like an attempt at extortion, and there was another $40 violation fee, for a total due of $60. I contacted them and they offered that I could pay $30, which is still completely ridiculous in my opinion, but I feel like my hands are tied. They also charged an extra 10% to pay online. I implored Park Happy on multiple occasions to show more honest signage and not to mislead honest customers. DO NOT PARK IN ANY PARK HAPPY LOTS.

I need to get in touch with this company, but they won't take a phone call and their online form is not functioning. How do they expect to be contacted??

I had never parked with this company before, so on my first day in a new city, I found their lot. It was not a bad price at $9 for the day, but I didn't see the fine print that states you must display your receipt in your car. When I didn't do this, I was fined a huge $50 fee. I went to their website to see about a one-time forgiveness, and despite their website stating their the Friendly Parking People, and their claim to respond to email inquiries in 1-2 days, after a week, I still have not heard back from them, even to say they cannot waive the fee.

So, even if I have to pay the fee, their lack of communication, and harsh punishment for making a mistake when you're new to these types of systems leave me with a poor impression of this company.
