We bought this timeshare last year We were told that we would be able to reserve a resort for less than $a day We haven't been pleased!!!!!!!

Despite my having a booking that said nothing about any additional fees, it actually said to "present a valid ID and major credit card for incidentals only" this "resort" insisted on charging me $a night for a "resort fee" This hotel is very much not a resort and is more in line with roadside motels in their cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service I refused to pay the fee because of what my booking email said, they agreed to charge my booking company the fees Upon checkout, I realized that they had charged me a new "resort fee" that amounted to $ I never agreed to pay this fee and feel this is a fraudulent billing practice

I ask for a refund of a package I purchased, but never received itI called and ask again along with an email saying so, but never received it
