The response does NOT address the original complaint #2.) The response purports to have provided me (the customer) with a favor by taking my money #3.) The response rationalizes improper and misconduct by choosing to speak with my landlord regarding parking that had nothing to do with my landlordThis is a clear violation of my privacy and my rightsMy landlord did not feel it was appropriate for him to be contacted in either instance #4.) The response was condescending #5.) This lot has been a paid parking lot for several weeksIn attached image you can see pay machine and sign and you MUST drive towards this machine when entering parking garageIt has never been OK to park in garage for "nearby" restaurantsThere is a row of marked spaces for free customer parking
for businesses attached to garageThere are several other signs tooWe feel the citation is much less severe than towing as many surrounding properties doWhen a vehicle gets towed it typically costs over $to get car back

I have talked to this employee and explained to escalate all issues to me where the customer is upset.I apologize to this customer.

Hi,Could you please give me further information on why you should receive a refund?  As a courtesy I would like to give you a refund, but we manage that parking for a large corporation and we have set guidelines to follow.  The management of the corporation offers their tenants a very low rate of $27.00, when the market value in that area is $90 per month.  You were given a contract that you signed explaining the policies.  Our employee had to notify the apartment manager, due to the fact we work for the apartment and need to keep them informed of everything that goes on.  I will be meeting with some of the managing members of the corporation that own the apartment and attached parking in late August and will see if we can give you a small courtesy credit.Thanks,[redacted]
