Park Lane Motel, Suites and RV Park

I recently stayed at this motel. It was very likely the worst experience I have ever had with any Motel/Hotel in my 50 years on this earth. Here is what happened. I have Hodgkins Lymphoma and was undergoing chemotherapy. I needed a motel for several days while my home was getting some renovations. I have 2 small dogs that are service animals that assist me with my disability. Both are listed as such with the State of Washington and both perform tasks that are essential. Dan the owner decided to charge me 20.00 per night for each dog. This is against the law but I didnt't make any waves and just paid him. The following morning I walked about 300 ft to the Mcdonalds to get something to eat. This was about 10 a.m. At about 10:15 a.m. my cell phone rings and Dan the owner asked if I wold be staying another night. I said yes. When I walked back I discovered that I had been locked out of my room and my dogs were inside. All of the sudden from out of nowhere comes a older asian woman and she is screaming and cursing at me. Because of her awful english skills I wasent able to determine what she was screaming about. Her husband Dan informed me that my dogs had crapped all over the floor. Check-out time was still more then 30 minutes away. This woman, Suk, had entered my room and then locked me out. At first she wasent going to let me in. I called the Spokane Police and asked for help and then informed Dan and his wife that I would open the door myself if he didnt. he decided to open the door and no poop was anywhere to be found and the police concurred. Suk quickly realized that she could possibly be arrested and she quickly ducked out and I didnt see her again. nothing was missing and my dogs were ok. they were scared and hiding under the bed. I declined to press the issue as jailing this woman was not on my to-do list that day. Suk , as I have learned, has a track record of screaming at guests and entering rooms as she saw fit. I highly recommend that you take your family elsewhere and avoid this place.
