printed and clearly states square footage
*** decided to go ahead and lease a one bedroom on 9/to move into on 9/*** gave the options and price for both one bedroom apartments, the larger one does have a space for a dining table, due to pricing *** opted for our smaller one bedroom apartment which is sqft*** paid the following fees: $application,$admin fee, and $depositThe application fee is automatically non-refundable, the admin fee and deposit are refundable within hours of application if prospect changes their mindAfter hours nothing is refundable if there is a cancellation
On 9/30/*** came in to sign her lease and move inShe went over all of the paperwork with *** and did the move in inspection, during this time *** never mentioned there was any problem with the apartmentLater that afternoon *** called and spoke to *** concerned about a space for a dining room table*** reminded her again about the conversation they had back on 9/when she leased, *** picked the smaller floorplan due to priceAt this time *** was offered the option to transfer to the large one bedroom, she declined again due to pricing.
The next morning ***'s son came in to talk with meI understand there can be some confusion when leasing an apartment sight unseen and they discussed both one bedroom floorplansSince nothing had been moved into the apartment and it had been less than hours since *** had taken possession of the apartment I agreed to void the leaseI did explain to him that we would not be able to refund the $since the apartment had been off the market for almost a monthHe agreed and was thankful that we were letting *** out of the contract.
