complaint that was made by one of our tenants in Spanaway, WA. These tenants recently contacted you about a situation that has been resolved. The tenants had made the complaint that there were issues within the house in need of repair. We acknowledge the house had some issues at the time that they moved in, but they were addressed accordingly. Once all repairs were finished, we completed a secondary move-in condition report where the tenants signed off that the home was in good condition. Since that time, they have reported other miscellaneous repairs they felt needed to be handled, so we had given them the direct phone number of our closest handyman to coordinate any further repairs or maintenance needed.
The residents have been our tenants for about a year now and for the majority of this time they have been delinquent on their account and had accumulated over $2,300 in back owing rent. We had made several attempts in creating a payment plan with them but to no avail. This past July we served them with an eviction notice, however, the tenants paid off their account in full so there are no further issues to report at this time.
