In response to [redacted]'s complaint filed September 2017, I apologize for the inconvenience our store has made for [redacted]. From last year to July of 2017, we were in the process of hiring a new front counter manager for both Park Meadows Cleaners and our second store in [redacted]. ...
During that time period, hiring and scheduling was very difficult which resulted in late store openings for both stores. Two managers have been fired during that time because of miscommunication and simply not showing up for work. We thank [redacted] for being a valued customer and appreciate her future business. We would also like to apoligize for her dry cleaning not being ready when promised. Our work is both done at Park Meadows and in [redacted]. Our driver leaves [redacted] at 6pm every day to get to the Park Meadows store before our closing time of 7:00 pm. Depending on traffic, the driver arrives between 6:40 and 7:10 pm. Our goal is a 2 day turnaround for our customers. We do not want to lose her as a customer and will continue to work with our employees for better customer service and satisfaction.
