I purchased homes years ago that had all appliances through Trail AppliancesIn the past years, I have replaced two dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a fridge, our other fridge currently leaks, and now our microwave has goneI contacted Trail appliance about every incident but was blown off and told it wasn't covered under warrantyMy last attempt, they haven't even contacted me back after a weekThey sell absolute junk!!! I would NEVER buy from this company againAnd on top of that their customer services is terrible!!! Absolutely disgusted with their products and service!!
I purchased a Samsung dishwasher in January of and in September of it would not complete its wash cycleA technician from trail appliance came out to look at it and for that call I was charged [redacted] It was determined that the control panel and heat sensor needed to be replacedI spoke to the service department and asked for the cost of these items [redacted] for the panel and [redacted] for the sensor plus additional charges for laborI was upset at the cost of repairing a relatively new appliance so I called Samsung Canada and was told there is a year manufactures warranty on the control panelI do not believe that trail is unaware of this, but at no time was this ever mentioned to me, extreme deceitI am sure I am not the first person they have tried to take money from when there has been a warranty in place but I would be happy to be the last
