To Whom it May Concern,The transaction in question was in fact a pay at the lot reservation which required payment at the time of departure from our facility The Park n Go cashier properly executed payment giving the appropriate discount to the customer As to the communication between customer and staff, we apologize for any rude behavior that may have resulted regarding the conversation between customer and Park n Go staff.Merry Christmas,Mgr.Dan

I am rejecting this response because: The manager did not address the issueWe know this was a Pay at Lot reservation requiring us to pay at departureIn addition the cashier did not give us a discountThe issue is that the amount shown as "Due at Lot" on the reservation confirmation listed a different price to pay than what the cashier charged us; the cashier charged us more.If the "Due at Lot" shown on the reservation is only an estimate than that should be clearly stated on the confirmation; not listed as fine print in a disclosureIf the cashier charged us more for staying minutes over then would she also have prorated the amount if we had left the lot before the time on the confirmation?

We have used Park N Go for more than 10 years and have always been pleased with the friendly and customer oriented staff which is why we are repeat customers. However, on October 15 we had a poor experience with Park N Go. We reserved parking and received a reservation voucher via the Park N Go web site on October 10, 2017. The voucher included our reservation ID and the total amount due at the lot. When our flight arrived we proceeded immediately to ground transportation for pick up and waited several minutes for the van to arrive. Once we arrived at the Park N Go location we then had to travel to several “valet” cars for other customers on the van. When we went to check out and pay we provided our paper reservation voucher to the staff taking payment. After several attempts she proceeded to say that we never had a reservation because she could not find it in the computer. She then quoted a rate to us over the amount presented on the voucher. To Whom It May Concern,The customer may have received a Park N Go coupon in the mail We allow the use of one discount per transaction When the customer arrived at the lot and scanned their frequent parker card a $discount was automatically applied to the transaction The
shuttles do have a sign for online reservations at $per day, and that is clearly indicated, the customer did not have an online reservation When the customer returned they failed to present the $coupon at which point the cashier closed the transaction Once we close the transaction it cannot be changed by the cashier, this is done for security reasons and privacy for the customer The cashier was correct in the direction given the customer, and the customer needed only contact our bookkeeper and in some cases we can reverse the charges and credit the coupon At this point we need the customer to contact our bookkeeper ###-###-#### I hope this provides some clarity As to the dialogue between the two parties I have always observed this particular cashier to be very professional and polite, so I apologize for any candor that may have been offensive.Thanks,Dan ***

We received a coupon a day in mail from Park N Go MSP airport and tried it out recentlyWhen we entered the garage we presented the coupon to their staff and were told that they would do it laterWhen we got picked up from the airport we again saw the sign on all their shuttle buses saying a day WITHOUT FINE PRINTBut we paid using credit card at gate the man named Burt WITHOUT ANY CLARIFICATION charged us at the rate of 15dayWhen we asked why he in a terrible tone used the analogy of shopping at Supermarket to blame us for not showing him the coupon and refused to redo the correct transactionHis passive aggressive behavior was so terrible He ignored all the confusion the company gave to customer and assumed the clarification burden on the customerHe did not listen or show any respectHe refused to redo the transaction correctlyBasically we were cut off by him and given the attitude this is it I dont careWhat can you do to me Later on anoth

I had a $10/day coupon that was current Making reservations on line would not allow me use of the coupon so I emailed the help icon and I explained the problem I got an automated reply with a $Coupon I wrote back and stated I wanted the $10/day rate Once again the auto response So I gave up and used the $Coupon Upon returning from trip I was charged more at the exit No reason for charging me more It was all done and paid on line with correct times and datesWill never use this service again and will certainly pass the word to all I know about their scam
