I am rejecting this response because: on the sales contract I signed with [redacted] does not make mention of the truck I traded in and the sales contract does not credit me for the trade. The response provided by [redacted] is a outright lie the phone call he is referring to I was asking about the fact I was not credited for the trade. I have left multiple voice messages and countless emails about this problem. I traded in my truck for a 99 Silverado, since he didn't credit me for my trade I told [redacted] on a voice message I would resume payments on the newer truck when I had used up the $3100 he owed me and because this is how he does business [redacted] refused to respond to me. A couple nights later while we were sleeping [redacted] repossessed the newer truck even though the payment was not even late. [redacted] never sent the intent to dispose of a motor vehicle as the law requires. He then sold the newer truck and according to the guy who bought it [redacted] received over $2000 more than I owed him and he never paid me for the difference as the law requires. So to date [redacted] never credited me for my trade in then he sold the truck I traded in then he repo the newer truck and sells it for more than I owed. He never paid me for my trade didn't pay me for the amount more than I owed him and he never sent any of the law required documents.

Review: I bought a used vehicle from [redacted] and was told it was inspected, had a new clutch, and was in perfect condition. I took it to pep boys and they noticed a pair of 9 inch pliers holding my clutch together, a ruler holding the glove box together, a bar of soap in the engine bay, and a knock in the bell housing transmission, and when I asked for papers proving an inspection was done he cursed at me and told me to leave. I attempted to return the vehicle politely because of the fraud and he pushed me into the street and spat on me while threatening to hurt me. He also assaulted a special needs pregnant women who was trying to keep him away from me while he continuously shoved her. the pliers that was holding the clutch together fell off while I was driving before I knew of the issue and almost caused an accident. when I told [redacted] he laughed at me and cursed at me. he also had my personal information laying on the desk such as my social security number and refused to put it away. I also was told in order to purchase a cooling off agreement it would cost me 350. when I looked into it I found that the max I could be charged in 150. I experienced fraud, misrepresentation, and assault.Desired Settlement: refund of 1175 which was my down payment, the car returned with no further payments, and lost wages if possible because the altercation made me lose hours at work due to filing a police report.

Review: I have bought 2 separate vehicles from [redacted] with park and sell. The first one is a 1988 Oldsmobile that I bought for $2'800 . after the registration came in from the DMV I realized the car had a salvaged title and [redacted] never informed me. I contacted [redacted] about the salvaged title and he said he didn't have to inform customers that they purchased a car with salvaged titles. I did some research and found that California state law says a car lot selling a car holding a salvaged title the car must be marked with a large red sticker that informs customers of the salvaged status. Due to the car being worth only $800 due to the salvaged title I refused to pay for it sence [redacted] refused to follow the law and the law says I can cancel the contract because he violated the law. [redacted] took the car back and not only hasn't sent the required documents after repo he won't refund the$750 I had already paid. The other vehicle is a 77 Ford truck and even though the law requires a buy here pay here to furnish a 30 warranty 2 days after I bought the truck I had to replace all 4 tires. [redacted] said they cleaned out the fuel system but 2 weeks after buying the truck I was left stranded on the freeway with what turned out to be a plugged fuel system. He refused to follow the law and make the necessary repairs. After he took the Oldsmobile my husband and I started complaining about the illegal business practices of [redacted] at park and sell, he [redacted] repo my 77 Ford and I was not only not late with my payment I was 3 months paid in advance.Desired Settlement: I would like the $750 I had paid on the Oldsmobile. I also want the $1200 I put down on the 77 Ford plus the 6 payments I made of $325 each plus $400 for the new tires and the $375 to repair the plugged fuel system. For a total refund of $4'675

Review: In Dec 2013 I bought a 99 [redacted] Silverado from the car lot in chico from owner [redacted], I agreed to a price of $5'500 plus fees and I traded in a 1974 [redacted] truck and was to be given $3'100 trade in allowance. I was never credited the trade in on the sales contract and even though the car lot sold my 74 [redacted] they have not paid me for the truck. While fighting with [redacted] over not giving me the $3100 trade in or paying me for the truck [redacted] repossessed the [redacted] Silverado I was buying from him. At the time of the repo I owed [redacted] about $4300 he then resold the [redacted] Silverado to another customer for $7'500 and will not pay me the amount he received over what I owed him as the law requires. He owes me $3'000 on the [redacted] Silverado and $3'100 for my 74 [redacted] that he sold without paying me for. For a total of $6'100Desired Settlement: I want what is owed to me.
