Review: I Was a resident at the Park Place Apartment Homes March 22,2012 move out March 30,2014 because of my lease agreement was expire upon leaving the apartment I wasn't able to do a walk threw because it was the weekend. I contact the apartment on Monday March 31,2014 bout the walk threw I spoke with the ASSITIANT Manager [redacted] she told me she will call me back when she get a chance to set up a date and time to do a walk threw. Well its been going on 5months and I never heard anything from [redacted]. I Received a phone call from a collection company by the name of PDM saying this was attempt to collect a debt they was calling on behalf of Park place Apartment saying I owed $942.93. 518.93 for carpet and 424.00 for sheetrock. The guy whom I have been speaking to a guy by the last name of conner. HE has been threating me bout my credit since July 30,2014. I don't fill like I old them any money because I have been their since they open they are suppose to paint and clean the carpet when some one move out or change it I was their 2years with out a cleaning and not to mention I have a seven year old son.Desired Settlement: I fill like I don't old them any money for the miscellaneous.
