***.Regards,*** ***

To whom it may concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to complaint #***Please note the address change as the complaint was sent to the wrong address, delaying our responseEnclosed you will also find the correspondence for the two credit card disputes as they relate to this case*** *** dropped off his vehicle on September 9,for two different problems: 1.) TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light 2.) Rear of vehicle was sagging more on right sideWe scanned for codes, performed a relearn on TPMS, test drove, and scanned after repair to verify all sensors were working properlyLight was out after our repairCharge of $for this repair along with his second complaint's Diagnosis2.) He also noted the right rear side of his vehicle was lower than the leftWhen we run through tests, right side was consistently lower than leftWe recalibrated suspension and tested vehicle was levelNo leaks were foundWe noted that we suspected an intermittent leak but found none at the timeWe observed the vehicle for several hours and there was no suspension sag, however, when *** *** came that evening to pick up his vehicle his vehicle suspension sagged on both sidesWe asked to keep the vehicle for further diagnosticsWe scanned the computer system for codes, tested the air compressor, performed air bag testSince both left and right rear sides had sagged, either both bags leaked or the isolation valve was functioning properly and one side leaks it isolates that one side so the other side will not sag/leakWe removed the valve and discovered corrosion in the valve and concluded that the valve should be replacedWe replaced the valve, tested the system and all were working properly at the time we checked it*** *** pickthe vehicleweeks later *** disputed the charges with the credit card company saying the dealer replaced the right rear air spring and the vehicle was fixedThis was not true as he took the vehicle back to the dealership a few days after that first repair and according to a letter authored by Brian G*** (Service Manager) they replaced the left rear spring was also replaced and offered to speak on our behalfHis phone number and email addresses are attachedConsequently, *** *** lost both of his appeals to dispute the charges from Park Place Automotive with the credit card companyAfter reviewing this case, given symptoms our diagnostic approach will remain the sameWe do not replace parts that we can't prove are badWe suspect a leak, but will not replace every part that might leakI stand by our diagnostics as being correctTo prove to *** *** he did need the isolation valve we replaced, we offered to put his old part back in*** *** refusedI told him if he wants to keep the new part, he needs to pay for itUnfortunately he does not understand the complexity of vehicle systemsThe air ride system is composed of modules, height sensors, compressor, lines, air struts or springs, valves, etcany or all can cause a problemIf you repair a leak in your roof and the roof leaks in a different spot it doesn't mean the first repair wasn't warrantedIn closing, I will say that I admire ***'s tenacityHowever, I have no respect for his methods and I question his motiveFirst, He tried to have all the charges returned to him even the invoice for TPMS light, which was correctly repairedThen he misled the credit card company saying that *** Dealership fixed his vehicle the first timeAfter losing both attempts to recover all money paid to Park Place Automotive, he called me on 2/27/and admitted he did not deserve to be reimbursed the $because the work was satisfactoryThen he asked about the remaining balanceI offered to replace our new part with his old partThat would prove whether he really needed itHe declined and that was when I told him I would look forward to defending our position in civil courtWe have a warranty policyWe guarantee our workmanship and parts, but reserve the right to do warranty workNo credit or refunds will be issued without prior approval of Park Place Management*** *** will not change our policy stanceHe chose not to return the vehicle, and Lancaster *** found no fault with our workmanship or the part that we replacedSincerely

I emailed the lady again this morning letting her know I filed a complaint. She claims she mailed it last Friday but refuses to send me tracking information. The only contact information I have is an email address. There is no mailing address. I tried to file a complaint through Store Envy but it...

won't allow that. I'm just a witts end. These are the 2 email addresses I've used to be in contact with her/them: [email protected] and [email protected].
