Thank you for the attachments which I have reviewedjust to document this is a king size [redacted] Plush product Picture analysis: the top down shots don't give me any perspective at all regarding lumps of dipsI see the area you circles which has a creased area in the fabric which is when tack and jump quilting is used The shots showing a measurement with a ruler I suspect were to measure some type of dip or inconsistency in the surfaceto correctly measure you need to measure from the top of the tuft surface not the bottom of a crease or quilting tuftThe surface looks totally consistent to me The side pictures of the foundation and mattress had an area circledI don't know what was being indicated hereI didn't see a defect The pictures with the 3/4" PVC piping laying across the bed are the best indicators for methe pvc is a straight edge and would indicate any dips or lumpsit appears from the pictures that the pvc is totally flat against the surface area of the mattresses indicating that the surface does not have any dips or lumps Based on the pictures you sent I would have to deny this claim as a defective productI simply don't see a defect in the pictures What was the dealer's determination when they inspected? all it said was they told you to deal with the factorywe have no record that they ever presented your warranty claim to us I will be out for an extensive [redacted] after tomorrow so any response required after that will be delayed from to weeks Sincerely [redacted]

Judging by the last group of photos you sent from your replacement mattress, and by the angle that these photos were taken, it is still appears that the product has less than a 2” body impression, which as our warranty card explains for that particular mattress, is normal I do want to come to some sort of satisfaction if possible though With that being said I will still honor what we are obligated to by our warranty along with the following options: I can have an inspection done of your product and make a determination as stated in the warranty to repair or replace the product under the guidelines of our warranty card (if you need another copy of our warranty card please let us know) Sell you one of our premium sets of bedding at dealer cost plus shipping ($plus shipping est of $125) I do hope you understand that in accordance to our warranty, repair or replacement is the only remedy Once again if needed, we can supply you a copy of our warranty We cannot supply you with a full refund being that we were not the one you did this transaction with We are willing to stand behind our product and have not once given any indication that we would not If the dealer you had bought the product from was still in business, then they have every right to do a full refund, but unfortunately we cannot meet this request If my memory serves me correctly, the original product you bought was offered thru a [redacted] promoter [redacted] Promotions) and if so you might can reach out to them I would advise reading your sales ticket first though to see what your rights are before making that request Please let me know which of the options you prefer, thank you! I hate that you (***) will be out for an *** *** leave for to weeks, but I will continue to collect information, seek advice and wait to hear from you again after your*** leaveConflicting statements from you and the dealer that leaves me the consumer with unsettled business

They did not even address the crackling issue that was another complaint that
they have on my correspondence to them and how are they to do an inspection on it.
I mentioned it to them before and never heard back from them other than Mr B***
asking me where I livedI emaile back to him and that was itI have never heard such
noises in a mattress

I will do my best to help you but will need pictures that can be used to clearly identify your complaint. It would also be helpful to have the dealers assessment since they performed an in home inspection. I don't have any of that information, only that they told you to call us which is very unusual.

Based on the pictures you sent I would have to deny this claim as a defective product. I simply don't see a defect in the pictures.
What was the dealer's determination when they inspected? all it said was they told you to deal with the factory. we have no record that they ever presented your warranty claim to us.

Thank You for doing your best to help. On June 11, 2014, I sent 18 images that clearly identifies my complaint that should be used in solving this issue. Images [redacted] & [redacted] are pictures of [redacted] (first name [redacted]), which is the dealer in whom I purchased from, Doing a in Home Inspection on 5/24/2014.  His statement clearly states, this information was forwarded to factory representative and that I should file my complaint with Park Place.   Whether this is Defect OR Quality of the mattress I will continue to dispute this claim.    Thank You for your time and effort,

The customer is requesting a refund which I cannot provide because I did not sell the product to this consumer. I will be happy to review the claim for possible defects but will need the following:
Proof of purchase showing the product name, size, date of...

purchase
pictures that clearly show the defect in the product and the support system (bed frame)
any prior correspondence with our customer [redacted] Furniture.

Nothing to add except that I offered to inspect her product for defects if she would return it to us. it is the only way to make a final determination on whether the product is defective or worn out.
As the manufacturer Park Place has no control over what a retailer tells a consumer, how...

they represent a product and it's warranty or whether the product was correctly matched to the consumers needs. Promotional mattress products are produced to hit a specific price point at retail by all manufacturers and in almost any industry. I tried to explain to the consumer that there is a direct correlation between mattress quality and the useful life of a product. promotional products are definitely inferior in specifications to premium mattresses but that doesn't make the defective.
