STI Granite & Marble, LLC July 14, [redacted] Revdex.com Corporate Office [redacted] Complaint # [redacted] Dear [redacted] : STI Granite & Marble, LLC received a call from Mr [redacted] asking us to go to his house to inspect his granite Countertop, which we had installed about a year agoHe told STI the granite had developed a fissureThe customer was informed that we could be at his house the next day and a technician was dispatched to the Customer's residenceUpon arrival at the customer's home, the technician contacted Mr [redacted] via phone because there was not anyone at homeMr [redacted] informed our technician that we would need to go another daySTI stands behind that commitment to honor our job Mr [redacted] is welcomed to reschedule an appointment for evaluation of this issue STI took the steps necessary to carry out his request when we went to his home STI did not select the Granite slab for Mr [redacted] ***; he went to a granite distributor and selected the slab himself STI, as a professional company that it is, took the necessary steps to honor Mr***'s request STI guarantees all jobs performed and honors this guarantee Fissures are natural veins in the graniteAs such, the installation that STI performed did not create the vain, yet we honored the customer's request to send a technician to his home It is clear that when Mr [redacted] paid for the job completed, he was satisfied with the job STI did for himRespectfully, STI Granite & Marble LLC
