Park Place Hand Car Wash & Detailing Center

I brought my car here to be washed and one of their people tore up a repair I had on my leather seats. I showed it to the manager and he could not care less. He said it was like that when I brought the car in and I know for a fact it was not. Do not bring your car to these hacks!

They took the paint right off my new carThey are completely incompetent, both the manager and staffThey can't understand the basics of taking care of a car without scratching itThey believe that causing small scratches is fine as long as they don't cause big scratches - Totally unprofessional disregard for propertyThey also can not clean the interior sufficiently without you walking them through everything they missOn top of that, they have horrible attitudes; it's no wonder that they only have the mental capacity to work at a car wash

I went last Saturday for the first time, ever, and the broad with dark hair in a ponytail, was rude and didn't believe me when I said I have not used the lock mechanism in my car to have other people enter my carShe stated that I yelled at herI felt like her minions didn't know anything and she was just unacceptable with her attitude and behaviorI will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERY MEMBER IN MY 400+ MEMBER CAR CLUB, TO NEVER GO THERETHIS BUSINESS IS DONE

The mirror was ordered on line and received July 20 2015. The customer has been contacted twice since then and a message left both times. We have not heard back and are waiting to install mirror.
