While at the dealership for service on my vehicle, I was approached by someone identifying himself as "the General Manager", although he was not wearing a name plate and did not identify himself further. He was standing with Ralph, one of the salesmen, watching television in the customer waiting room. I had grabbed a bottle of water from the customer refrigerator and walked back to wait for the service rep who was assisting me. This "General Manager" approached me and asked me if I had "filled a plastic bag that I was carrying with bottles of water from the customer refrigerator". Apparently, whomever was responsible to refill the refrigerator had not done so and naturally, he accused a customer of removing multiple bottles of water, instead of addressing the issue of the water being overused by whomever. Maybe he should consider making the water less available to everyone, since anyone currently has access. What a rude individual. Does he encourage his employees to act as such?
