Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Mr. Reginaldo C[redacted] of Park Place Pavers called me...
the morning of 8/**/2016 and said that he would return to my home to fix the problems during the week, but he did not give me a specific date and time and I have not heard from him since. I told him that once he has corrected and fix the unfinished job I will write to the Revdex.com with an update.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
I will send my crew back to fix this week

Review: We signed a contract for him to do the pavers, wall and steps in our backyard. He never completed the job and told us multiple times he would be back to finish the job and did not. I am tired of calling him. we paid 10K for it and its not complete.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for what he did not complete or come and get it done. He also never told us to have the pavers sealed it was an additional charge

Review: Park Place Pavers built an 8'x14' front porch with steps at our residence using pavers. The job was completed in Jan 2012 and has a 5 year warranty on labor as per the signed contract provided by business. In May of 2014 I noticed that pavers on the steps had become loose and some had begun to come off completely, making the stairs dangerous to use. I confronted business [redacted], [redacted] face to face on a day in June 2014 requesting him to examine and repair said steps. He acknowledged the 5 year warranty and told me he would personally come to the site. He never came. Since that time, additional pavers have come loose. I phoned his office on September *, 2014 and spoke with his representative, [redacted], requesting inspection of the steps and repairs. No one came, and no one returned my phone call. On the [redacted] of September, I confronted [redacted] again in person and restated the issue emphasizing the importance of repairing the dangerous steps. He responded by refusing to come to look at the deteriorating workmanship. I informed him of his obligation under the signed contract. His response was, "I'm not coming."Desired Settlement: Since the deterioration of the steps is dangerous and continuous, I must now immediately hire a qualified and licensed contractor to repair the poor workmanship of Park Place Pavers. I will seek monetary reimbursement for my out-of-pocket expenses. I respectfully request that the Revdex.com look into this matter for settlement. I can furnish all documents relating to this matter.
