Not true or accurate in the least bit. I signed a year lease through Oct 2017. I needed to move for better physical/medical care and asked to find someone to take over the lease when I moved. Manager agreedNew tenants signed a lease for April , 2017. I documented/photographed improvements I made to the property when I initially moved in. The management company agreed place was in good condition with no damages when I vacated. They decided to paint the upstairs to change the color scheme. For whatever reason they decided to deduct from my deposit days rent the time they used to paint and change the color scheme.
