I asked for a quote on glass and gave him a rough measurement for the quote only I advised him someone would come by to look at the choices and then I would need a quote to decide I called a few days later after not hearing from him with the quote and he said the glass was already ordered and ready for pick up At that point I asked for the cost and he gave me a price that I felt was much too high for four pieces of glass but because he already had it I agreed to see if it would fit in the project I needed it for Subsequently the glass would not fit and I advised him I would need the glass in the finished size I had available He told me he could not take the glass back and it was mine now I asked for a copy of the agreement to purchase the glass at that size and he said the client said they wanted it so he ordered it without ever giving either of us a cost
