I am writing in regards to complaint ID ***We are sorry for the delayed responseWe were closed for the month of JanuaryIn regards to the complaint:
We were never hired to work the party that *** *** was attending at *** ***'s
Country ClubShe was not a guest of the private party we were parking.*** *** left the premises that evening without giving any information to any of our attendant's and never made a report with usWe were not even sure of her information before we received it from youThe only information we have received from her is from a letter that was mailed recentlyWe have tried to contact the Country Club about the matter but have not had any success as yet*** *** is now writing and claiming that she would like to be compensated $for her fobWe are willing to work with *** *** to fix the problem however, we would need more information regarding the type of vehicle so that we can purchase the foo and have it reprogrammedShe has never provided a written estimate or a bill of sale to our companyAs you may have noted since receiving this claim, our company has been doing business in the Philadelphia area for over yearsWe have never had an issue with a client concerning the service we provide, or the care given to personal property while in our hands, that has resulted in contacting your agencyGiven our track record, I hope that you will understand that we intend to rectify this situation once procedures are completedAlthough *** *** was not a guest of our client that evening, I do intend to address her issue thoroughlyIf you should need any further information concerning this matter, please feel free to contact me directly at the number listed above.Sincerely,
